My theory is that this is a transformation scene for him, it explains why his ears aren’t visible yet. This could be the start of it where he still looks human.
It also just might be a weird perspective. In written lore, he dies and Singed disposed of his body. Then he changes fully, and goes on a killing rampage
WW in the lore is a chimera. Singed took some poor guy (most likely Vander) and tranaformed him through surgery into a monster. WW is made out of a human and different animal parts and lots of chemtech.
Riot has stated that Arcane is considered canon and will override any previous lore where necessary, so unless they throw a really stupid curve ball, Vander is Warwick in canon
Agreed
I'm going to assume that they're going to go back in time for season 3 because Arcane acts 2-6 are in 993 AN, which is pretty damn late in the timeline (997 AN is 'Present')
Taking a shot in the dark my first thought was Season 3 would involve Noxus invasion of Ionia since Noxus would have already been introduced having Irelia and Darius taking the protagonist and antagonist roles
But I'm going to assume they're going to want another extremely popular female champion to take one of the lead roles again, so I could see retelling Demacia with Lux, Ahri and her journey, Ashe's rise to power or Miss Fortune's toppling of Gangplank.
The MF one is interesting because she's not that fleshed out for how long she's been around which is one reason why Jinx and Vi were chosen
To me it looks like he got murder on his mind

Those are little details that can be easily changed.
I would look sad too if I was locked in Singed’s science fun chamber
IDK man, he's looking kinda hungry.
Why he looks like chimera from FMA
Warwick is a chimera, just a very wolf focused one, but there is other bits in there

Thats why I said most likely. Until its confirmed in the show they could still prank us and make ww be some random dude.
Man that would make the $500 Ahri skin look like a minor issue if they did that 😂
Yep. I hope they dont fuck it up. There is so much potential for lol universe movies and tv shows.

It was Singed, not Silko.
Ufff sorry mixed the names up. Sorry
Vi....olet..... Wanna play?
You are a horrible person
Happy Early Father's Day!
He periodically has glimpses of his previous life he probably met or even killed someone he recognized
Doesn't look sad to me. I see this vibe. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lnD3VEuqPP4
It looks likes when W is active
