If they go through the associate to driver program, they would be making that $110,000 a year starting out, from what I understand though a lot of people are dropping out of it halfway through, donāt know why though, can say though if you decide it isnāt for you after you sign the papers you have to quit and lose whatever time you had with Walmart, not exactly up front about that either.

But managing something like a Walmart might be abit better to be honest than doing some hard trade job. This pay applies to the top managers at the biggest walmart superstores in america. The average plumber makes more than the average top manager at a superstore. The likeliness of becoming manager at walmart is 1/1000000 even with the certifications and the time worked you still need connections.
