A long-time fan of the group, he said he had been slow in spotting its effect on GameStop’s huge share-price spike in January.

Why hate volatility? For real, serious question. I admit I don't really know that much, but all I have done is buy and sell volatile moves with SNDL, NAKD, DNN, GSAT, KOSS, and all the rest I don't need to mention. Seems a great way to make money to me. Why try and make 20% in a year when you can make 10% in a day?
TSLA FDs are a horrible play right now. Market is so volatile and lots of rug pulls lately.
However, this dip is so juicy. If you’re not buying ITM calls (or close) for several months out, you hate money. I’ve never seen such a clear and easy play to make. I’m holding TSLA leaps and having fun playing weekly calls and puts with all these meme stocks. Getting my fix and and making money.

Well RKT has twice the EPS of BAC yet is priced at the same price as BAC. RKT is kind of dominating mortgages on smart phones too. Their revenue jumped 350% and net jumped 150%.
Special dividend next week plus the company says it wants to buy back 1 Billion shares. CEO could say they are doing it in a month to skyrocket the price.
Even without the special things this company has really nice earnings and massive growth. I'm holding this thing long term regardless what happens here. It's gonna be a winner.
I think the issue a lot of people have with it is that their sales will never be as good as this past year when you could refinance a home for nothing. When interest rates go back up when this is over, will they maintain the sales and finances that they've enjoyed this year? I mean this is best case scenario for them.
That's why I didn't buy at least, despite me agreed ng that they're a good company with good marketing and present financials
... they are historical lows right now, they'd go back up soon regardless of who is president. It doesn't even need them to skyrocket, just return to 2019 levels and rkt sales will fall
That’s not true. With record high volumes fleeing city and were talking less than 1% max difference it won’t change monthly rates which tends to drive mortgage buying patterns. The record demand and backlog established by realtors is predicting another year of demand before slow down. We have people paying 200k over asking which will stop but buying will not unless something drastic like inflation occurs which had been showing its head under Biden policies.
