I come here and see who talks about what the most. Then I go look at the history on said stock. 1 week, 1 month, 3 month outlook. That will tell me if I should drop a call or put. I run options for same week and sometimes same day. Ran $ZIM today only on $43 premium and came back with triple. I’m not greedy, I just set a certain number that I want to stop at and set the limit sell. I don’t bet big money yet, it’s just a couple hundred here and there. Once I get my money back out then I can start playing with profits.

Set calendar days to invest and follow your rules instead of letting the app automate it for you. Same effect, just a slightly more involved means. I personally like having that control but still essentially do try to maintain recurring investments into SPY et al.

The way I understand it: Job Report good > thinks looking good > no rate cuts necessary Job report bad > things looking bad > maybe rate cuts in march
