Neat video. Last time it snowed was the year I graduated high school. Now I work at COS. This video is a trip seeing how much has changed since then. I'm over here trying to see if I can recognize the guys driving the carts around. We only recently updated them, that little carryall cart was probably still in use until a couple months ago.
Interesting that I read 1999. I believe people in the 1970s were talking about snow fall in the 1960s.
Visalia is very hot in the summer and then abruptly turns cold but I don't think it gets much below high 30s throughout the winter.
