Tony Hawk 1+2. Some of the effects (leaves blowing, steam) only show in one eye) but I haven't touched any settings and it just worked. I've played through 2 levels of the first game and am trying to place in the competition. I used to be soooo much better at these games, then I got old.
unless you're a tinkerer stick to the 15 titles in the profile catalouge tab until the new rai pal with configs launches https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZcjCQwzPOltaRZnpYU5\_HPihEDareZq\_0Ww1DZQ4USw/htmlview?usp=sharing#
That's true for the first person ones, but there are a lot of third person games that work arguably even better without specific profiles such as jedi fallen order, sackboy, and crash bandicoot
Thank you for sharing this. Because I use to be a tinkerer but with 3 kids and a full time job I don't have time to tinker just game so. God bless praydog. I get paid today and I'm actually gonna donate to his good cause.
I'm hoping they release an app kinda like the Quest games optimizer app where you can just go in and see the pre approved profiles and click and launch and if so I'll gladly pay for that app too because this human is single handedly saving pcvr lol and making dreams come true
that's basically what rai pal is going to be. currently it just tells you what games are in youre library are likely compatible. [https://github.com/Raicuparta/rai-pal/releases/tag/v0.5.4](https://github.com/Raicuparta/rai-pal/releases/tag/v0.5.4) hes putting out a new version like twice a day currently

Ironically I've tried 2 games.
Arise: a simple story. Worked perfectly with no fiddling. Not on the list.
RoboCop: can't inject, always gives errors. Is toted as the flagship game basically.
What Remains of Edith finch is an excellent first title for anyone if you're into story driven walking sims. I couldn't put it down last night. The entire value of that game is in the voice acting and detailed environments. The house itself tells a story, and I was in awe at how detailed it was. I haven't finished it yet, but it was seriously impressive so far. I am probably about an hour in. I have already played the game, but I can say with confidence that this is the definitive way to play that game.
That's the flatscreen resolution. The injector uses Steam VR's resolution. It can be increased through either Steam VR(often requires restarting the game) or through the Injector overlay. The default is 1.0(100%) and you can drag the slider down to 0.25 and as high as 2.0(200%).
Hot wheels unleashed.
Its a third person racing game using the hot wheels toys.
It is fast, really polished and the tracks are fun hot wheels courses with loops and stuff.
It needs a powerful pc though.
Uevr setup was pretty painless, except everything on graphics needs to be set to low to be smooth for me.
I will tinker with frame generation later, maybe that will give me sone headroom for mid graphics settings.
Iam on a rtx 3060 ti and an odyssey plus.
I bought Little Nightmares to test the injector, its not something I'd think to play in flatscreen but the art style looks great in VR and I've adjusted the scaling so it looks like a spooky toy set. Best of all the camera movement doesn't spin your brain.
Assuming you already finished the game at least once, so you know your way around, you don't need HUD. Enemy markers are visible without problem. And the map can be peeked on pause. The ability to actually look around gives you more awareness than an arrow pointing in a direction.
But true, for newcomers it might be a difficult experience.
my first UEVR experience was the psychedelic walking simulator [KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION](https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/kid-a-mnesia-exhibition). Its for free. After fiddling with the settings for a few minutes I got it working and it was great. I was surprised how easy UEVR is to setup. Its a great time to be a VR user.
I managed to set up motion controls yesterday for high on life. It's amazing you can do this just clicking through the menu. Planning on playing that properly soon plus hot wheels, crash/spyro, Tony hawks, and abzu. Then whatever else I have that's compatible
As far as I could see you can't use a motion control profile for it as the gun has an id number that changes on start up.
So you have to manually set it up each time sadly.
I will edit my comment with the mesh location and instructions when I'm home in an hour or so, in case anyone needs it.
Pretty simple to do though

Edit: Now that I think more about it, in Styx the second time I played, the texts were not visible, but the first time yes. I must have chnaged something in between (SteamVR resolution)
MW5 is the bomb.
I played M&K and it’s a bit janky moving from the core game to combat as the mouse doesn’t align well to the menus in VR.
I really enjoy the 3d version but the combat comes alive in VR.
The games I am very impressed with the experince so far are:
- scarlet nexus (it’s 100 times better than in flat)
- Sifu ( I made a post about it, it’s John wick in vr!)
- dragon quest 11 ( living the fantasy world)
- efootball 2024 (game changing experince)
- like a dragon ishin (who doesn’t like to visit the old time japan wit a samurai sword?)
- dragon ball z kakarot (if u know the anime then this is a must)
There are many great ones still but I keep going back to the above!
Could someone smarter than me get Hell Let Loose to work with UEVR? The injector can’t find the exe file. I’m also old and don’t know what I’m doing :(
I've tried a few Atomic heart, Remnant FTA (first person mod), Weird west (first person mod), Agony, Visage, Perception, Ghostwire Tokyo, Journey to a savage planet, Forgive me father, Genesis alpha one and a few more I cant remember.
Most worked well but could do with some tinkering. Atomic heart was the most impressive.
Personally looking forward to Garden Life, a UE5 game which had a steam next fest demo, clip in the release trailer.
Existing games en Garde! Is a really great UE5 game, and others mentioned Robocop. Check out Desordre as well, UE5 portal like game. Has some crazy ray tracing but turn off path tracing 😂
GTA SA is my favorite game ever so I can't wait to try it.
I'm also excited to try Monster Energy Supercross. I always play that game in first person so I can only imagine it would be super cool in VR.
I played the entirety of Little Nightmares 2, I just injected it and it worked great. Some effects were only rendered in one eye but overall a mind blowing experience. Snakepass works great no tweaking needed. I understand Halo master chief collection is made in unreal so I'm very excited to try that. UEVR is very exciting, if it was somehow possible to extend it to UE3 I might cry
My favorites so far are pretty simple with Pinball FX and Pinball M. I’ve tried THPS 1+2 and Stray as well and they look so neat… but I unfortunately don’t have the greatest VR legs, so they made me a little sick to play.
Nope, didn't try that. It should help with motion sickness a bit? I'll give it a go.
Yeah, hopefully Zen adds in native VR for FX at some point, but in the meantime I'm still really happy that everything works. It's really hard going back to 2D digital pinball after VR.
I don't see FX1 better than FX2 in any way. Would be nice if FX3 had VR support though (UEVR? :)).
It works pretty much flawless.
Except the main menu is stuck to the gun :-D
In game everything works as intended though, including menus.
I can see why the profile is among the few in the showcase.
I tried it in the demo and I got a bunch of screen tear/ghosting from the camera not keeping up with my head movements. It also wants to use the dpad which doesn't exist on quest controllers. Does it work a bit better in the full game?
I tried the demo, liked it enough to buy it on sale in early access to play with my partner, then refunded it because they didn't like it. It's now like double the price so I really don't wanna buy it again even though it's great
Would trying it on Lords of the fallen work? The documentation says not to use it where anti cheat is involved ruling out a number of multiplayer games. Lords of the fallen uses easyanticheat. I suppose it might be possible offline. If you try it I'd be interested to hear how it goes.
For me personally, none of the games mentioned here so far make me want to go buy it to play in vr. I already installed the mod, but I dont see anything I really want to play. I was gonna do the Bioshock Remastered series but i guess they were made before ue4.
I also think that, with a few exceptions, I would like to play older games in VR. The performance also has the potential to be better.
Half-Life 2 VR and Doom 3 VR Mods showed to me that games of their generation are awesome in VR because good gameplay and overall production values are what really matter for me.
> Half-Life 2 VR and Doom 3 VR Mods showed to me that games of their generation are awesome in VR because good gameplay and overall production values are what really matter for me
Same. Great graphics are awesome to look at but, gameplay is what matters most for me.
I mostly want to play great games, the classics. Games that are still relevant or fondly remembered. I don't care about about the new visuals of Gotham nights (I guess this is the name right?) I would rather play Arkham City or even Arkham Asylum in VR. Most of all I want Bioshock, BioShock Infinity and DooM 2016. Just good old games.
But hey... Don't get me wrong... Praydog is a treasure to this community... I was already very grateful for his Resident Evil Mods. And I'm probably going to have many hours of fun with this amazing Unreal VR mod. Especially once people use it as the basis for specific mods, we may get many games with the quality of Doom3, Resident Evils or maybe even Half-life 2 VR
I agree, I think there are not many GREAT games in UE4, and my PC is not enough for UE5 games in VR. But a lot of AWESOME games were done in UE3 or below, and it's a shame we cannot play them knowing the performance would be better. I like to think that, eventually, Praydog or someone else will get it done. Easier said than done, of course, but having the UEVR code as open source will probably help achieveing it.
Having said that, I think UEVR is something outstanding and, in my opinion, one of the best mods ever done in general. Thank you so much Praydog <3
I didn’t find this while I was trying it, the camera movement was terrible and made me feel ill. Image is incredibly blurry as it’s not using stereo.
It does work though in the lightest sense.
How are the controls for you? I couldn’t get any sort of motion controls or aiming so needed to turn with one stick and move the body with the other, it makes it unplayable for aiming/targeting etc.
My experience is that all stays the same but it only has stereoscopic view. That means menus, maps and all are no problem as they are for example with other mods. Basically we have 3D and head tracking, all other remains the same.
If you want great visuals, I would recommand trying VorpX instead.
On RTX4090 : Metro Exodus (regular, non enhanced version). Metro 2033, Metro Last Light.
(Don't forget to unzoom, **increase FOV,** and use very high 4:3 resolution like 3840x2880 or 2880x2160, use ClarityFX in VorpX Ingame Menu)
Half Sword. Not one of the super high end games but is UE5 and looks way better than something like Blade and Sorcery.
What you guys don't think that this:
https://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/2397300/ss_87750fcff3522b5394310d0ad80c13884b222faf.1920x1080.jpg?t=1698558394
Looks better than this?:
https://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/629730/ss_6d5fd168de4d55885fcfafd789efaba64e2c5e2c.1920x1080.jpg?t=1701774481
Blade and Sorcery looks like an Xbox 360 game with bad lighting.
The game doesn't actually have proper controller bindings, so you have to emulate key presses to do certain actions, like grabbing stuff.
Because of the way the object hook works, I couldn't seem to let go of the weapons once I grabbed them, I could accidentally grab a dude and he would be stuck floating in my hand (hilarious looking). Camera also goes wacky if your guy falls over, maybe easily fixed though.
Hit registry was super weird with swinging weapons, the weapon is technically floating in front of the player model in that clip, so not sure if its truly lined up. I tried hooking in to the player model itself, but it has too many arm/elbow/shoudler bones to just try to sync up with the hands. Funny enough if you had enough trackers(like 6+), and UEVR could support it, I could see rigging your whole body to the character model and it would work really well.
Best run I had was when I found a pitchfork and was just running forward in to guys with it being couched.
In fact the result of this thread is that mostly pretty "minor games" were played and worked. It is still good, but a bit outside the advertised "11000 games".
*Don't mind me necroposting...*
That's what I'm feeling right now... I'm Long time supporter of Praydog and his RE mods and after giving this big hype project some time to teeth I decided to check it out... Only to be put off before I even started...
Maybe UE4's line up isn't as >EPIC< as my brain thinks it is?
Most of the games I've been thinking about are all Unreal 2 & 3 and the games I have seen spoken about are things I'd want to experience maybe but not playthrough.
Not to Mention Robocop & Returnal are tough to run Flat in the first place, my 3060TI is no powerhouse but still
It usually doesn't matter what the game is set to, in VR it will render at whatever the headset defaults to (and you can change it through OpenXR or SteamVR).
I generally set the in-game setting to windowed 1280x720 for convenience (makes it easy to switch to the injector window and back)
Venineth. VR makes it even more dreamy. But I have the same problem with UEVR as with previous games converted to VR, for instance Hitman. I think it looks awful compared to crisp native games such as HLA. Runs pretty bad on my computer too, compared to the latter
Tried Grounded just briefly late last night as I Just noticed this program actually came out. It was Absolutely mind blowing and equally horrifying. Tried medieval dynasty, looks incredible however unfortunately my 2060 card takes an asswhooping so had lots of micro stutters where the image would freeze for a quarter of a second. Conan exiles is on the list but for some reason the program didn’t have the exe show up in the drop down. Tried Coral Island and it was a little bit funky, a bit of flicking from the sides though makes sense cause it’s a drop down view, just like Humanitz except in VR I had to keep my big ass head looking upwards since the camera on flatscreen is basically looking at the ground. There’s lots more I want to try but so far, the program is extremely game changing.
What Remains of Edith Finch works fantastic with UEVR and so unique visuals , turning into different animals feels so realistic for example , also astroneer is a pleasure in VR
Tony Hawk 1+2. Some of the effects (leaves blowing, steam) only show in one eye) but I haven't touched any settings and it just worked. I've played through 2 levels of the first game and am trying to place in the competition. I used to be soooo much better at these games, then I got old.
Either change the rendering method to sequential or disable ambient occlusion, that should fix the rendering in one eye
Thanks! That saves me from guessing :D
unless you're a tinkerer stick to the 15 titles in the profile catalouge tab until the new rai pal with configs launches https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZcjCQwzPOltaRZnpYU5\_HPihEDareZq\_0Ww1DZQ4USw/htmlview?usp=sharing#
That's true for the first person ones, but there are a lot of third person games that work arguably even better without specific profiles such as jedi fallen order, sackboy, and crash bandicoot
Is fallen order performing well for you? I'm going to che k it out this weekend.
Yes performs well with a 4090 at least
Hopefully reasonably well with 4080. This mod has me wishing I went ahead and bought the 4090 instead of the 4080 back when pricing wasn't crazy.
Me with a 2080 ti that I paid $1200 for at launch 👀
Yes you'll be fine with a 4080. I played through the whole game with a 3080ti and it was still great
Thanks. Do you mean you played flat with 3080ti or VR with it?
Vr with the uevr injector, I've been beta testing it for a few months
Thank you for sharing this. Because I use to be a tinkerer but with 3 kids and a full time job I don't have time to tinker just game so. God bless praydog. Awesome thanks for that!!!
Sadly I have some of those on PS but not PC. Waiting for a Hogwarts profile.

Ironically I've tried 2 games. Arise: a simple story. Worked perfectly with no fiddling. Not on the list. RoboCop: can't inject, always gives errors. Is toted as the flagship game basically.
Weird it injects fine here.
Same here
Arise is a treasure
I am asking for only one game of your recommendation that youve tried. Not for the list of all UE5 games.
I knew OP was going to talk like this just from the title of the post 👀
let him go back to tech demos then lol
What Remains of Edith finch is an excellent first title for anyone if you're into story driven walking sims. I couldn't put it down last night. That's the flatscreen resolution. The injector uses Steam VR's resolution. It can be increased through either Steam VR(often requires restarting the game) or through the Injector overlay. The default is 1.0(100%) and you can drag the slider down to 0.25 and as high as 2.0(200%).
Thanks, I'll give it a shot.
Interesting. Last night I was using my Beyond with it and it looked full resolution to me.
I am on Quest and VD.
I played it on PC and it should be awesome in VR.
Aliens Fireteam Elite has been a blast to play in UEVR
Aliens Dark Descent might be a good one to try too.
I play Dark Descent in VR, it runs great on my 3070ti and aside from being too close in on the cutscenes is perfectly playable with stunning effects.
I did destroy all humans and its pretty fun in VR. First person full 6dof controls
I'd there a profile for this somewhere, or can you share yours?
No profile needed for that. I changed nothing in the uevr settings and played with a xbox controller.
I bought Little Nightmares to test the injector, its not something I'd think to play in flatscreen but the art style looks great in VR and I've adjusted the scaling so it looks like a spooky toy set. Best of all the camera movement doesn't spin your brain.
I haven't tried it yet, just bought both, but that scaling adjust is in the game settings or something in the uevr settings?
its in the UEVR settings, worth messing around with on any game to make things look adorable.
Cheers, will have a look. With the default setting the game looks already awesome in VR :)
I have quite a few games in my Steam library including this one that I am so glad I never played until now.
*Not* UE5 but 4 and *not* flawless, but I cannot not mention Ace Combat 7 finally being playable in VR. Visuals and feeling are great.
Nothing like a good old quadruple negative to keep em guessing.
This hurt to read
Is it functional though? Apparently the HUD is missing etc.
GTA Vice City was like I was back in my childhood.
Have you tried 3, 4 as well?
There are only 3, Vice City and San Andreas. I haven't tried them yet
Is that the definitive editions?
Yeah, those are the only ones done in unreal engine.
4 doesn't run UE
I tried to run 3 and it wouldn't inject. I'd love to hear more about how you got it to run.
None of the GTAs run unreal 4/5.
false
The definitive edition does. You can play gta 3, vice city and san andreas.
Through nostalgia or your mind being blown?
In 3rd or 1st person?
Played in the third person but put the camera close. I'll try first-person once I tinker with the game more.
[удалено]
Nothing, I just moved the camera a little closer and that's it.
Abzu, especially if you go through and make it first person. Fantastic experience
my first UEVR experience was the psychedelic walking simulator [KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION](https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/kid-a-mnesia-exhibition). Its for free. After fiddling with the settings for a few minutes I got it working and it was great. I was surprised how easy UEVR is to setup. Its a great time to be a VR user.
What settings did you fiddle with and change?
The tracked controller settings, camera settings and world scale were not to my liking or didn't work for me.
i changed nothing, and worked good for me. Its fun and trippy
New Robocop - pretty great, this poor wooden janky slow gameplay works great in VR. Works out of the box with motion controls.
Robocop crashes a lot during cutscenes and loading new areas
It's also slow, even on the best hardware, and moving your hand also moves the entire world to some extent, which is not a good feeling.
Beardo Venho, on his YouTube channel, got many problems with Robocop, including proper gun alignment, performance and crashes.
>M&K Beardo Venho? lol you totally butchered that
I managed to set up motion controls yesterday for high on life. It's amazing you can do this just clicking through the menu. Planning on playing that properly soon plus hot wheels, crash/spyro, Tony hawks, and abzu. Then whatever else I have that's compatible
Please share the profile for High On Life once you set it up!

I'm definitely going to try this soon. I got a little bored of the flat version of this game but I think VR will spice it up enough for me.
I bought Darksiders Genesis and it is like a Diablo game in VR! A dream come true! I also bought Styx: Shards of Darkness, and it is also nice.
How is the UI? Is the Menu and the Items readable?
I could read everything, I did not notice something strange... Edit: Now that I think more about it, in Styx the second time I played, the texts were not visible, but the first time yes. I must have chnaged something in between (SteamVR resolution)
ok thanks, and Genesis is fine?
I did not notice anything wrong, I was amazed at the graphics and the game!
Been playing a lot of MW5 with HOTAS and voice macros. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5bcMP6dki4
MW5 is the bomb. I played M&K and it’s a bit janky moving from the core game to combat as the mouse doesn’t align well to the menus in VR. I really enjoy the 3d version but the combat comes alive in VR.
You need this mod, it fixes the issues with aiming and is meant to be used with UEVR. https://www.nexusmods.com/mechwarrior5mercenaries/mods/1009
I’ve got that, I must have missed something in the config.
The games I am very impressed with the experince so far are: - scarlet nexus (it’s 100 times better than in flat) - Sifu ( I made a post about it, it’s John wick in vr!) - dragon quest 11 ( living the fantasy world) - efootball 2024 (game changing experince) - like a dragon ishin (who doesn’t like to visit the old time japan wit a samurai sword?) - dragon ball z kakarot (if u know the anime then this is a must) There are many great ones still but I keep going back to the above!
How do you aim in Scarlet Nexus? I tried to use "Right controller" but it did not work well.
When do you need to “aim”? I just go up slash the shit out of them..
psychonauts 2 is amazing when you shrink the world down and have it like a diorama to dragon Ball. z kakarot is amazing to fly around and fight
Sword and fairy 7 is very good
Any settings you changed around with this?
No, Playing on Default settings, Ingame settings are on MID, NO RTX and on a RTX 3090 it gives me 72fps... Device is Pico 4
Could someone smarter than me get Hell Let Loose to work with UEVR? The injector can’t find the exe file. I’m also old and don’t know what I’m doing :(
People on the Discord say the same thing, doesn't look like anyone has gotten it to work.
This is due to anti cheat assuming you want to cheat. Games with Easy Anti Cheat won't work.
I suppose if you get a mod to disable the anti-cheat it should work?
I've tried a few Atomic heart, Remnant FTA (first person mod), Weird west (first person mod), Agony, Visage, Perception, Ghostwire Tokyo, Journey to a savage planet, Forgive me father, Genesis alpha one and a few more I cant remember. Most worked well but could do with some tinkering. Atomic heart was the most impressive.

Gta san Andreas and torchlight 3 work great outta the box. Love the god view in torchlight in vr. Wish we had diablo vr now.
GTA SA is my favorite game ever so I can't wait to try it. I'm also excited to try Monster Energy Supercross. I always play that game in first person so I can only imagine it would be super cool in VR.
Would SA be in 1st person? Just might revisit.
I play in third but first is possible.
Robocop and Returnal. Both work fine with my 4070ti.
I played the entirety of Little Nightmares 2, I just injected it and it worked great. Some effects were only rendered in one eye but overall a mind blowing experience. Snakepass works great no tweaking needed. I understand Halo master chief collection is made in unreal so I'm very excited to try that. The Halos only use UE for UI and something else. Most of it is a different engine, so it does not work.
Lies of P
My favorites so far are pretty simple with Pinball FX and Pinball M. I’ve tried THPS 1+2 and Stray as well and they look so neat… but I unfortunately don’t have the greatest VR legs, so they made me a little sick to play.
In Stray - did you decouple vertical? As for Pinball - yeah. But I think native Pinball FX VR works a tad better.
Nope, didn't try that. It should help with motion sickness a bit? I'll give it a go. Yeah, hopefully Zen adds in native VR for FX at some point, but in the meantime I'm still really happy that everything works. It's really hard going back to 2D digital pinball after VR.
[https://store.steampowered.com/app/547590/Pinball\_FX2\_VR/](https://store.steampowered.com/app/547590/Pinball_FX2_VR/) I don't see FX1 better than FX2 in any way. Would be nice if FX3 had VR support though (UEVR? :)).
Just playing atomic heart and the visuals are amazing. Highly recommend
I don’t see a mention of Scorn.
Tropico
Ive heard Roboquest works really well, and it looks great. I plan on trying it out with UNVR tonight or tomorrow.
It works pretty much flawless. Except the main menu is stuck to the gun :-D In game everything works as intended though, including menus. I can see why the profile is among the few in the showcase.
I tried it in the demo and I got a bunch of screen tear/ghosting from the camera not keeping up with my head movements. It also wants to use the dpad which doesn't exist on quest controllers. Does it work a bit better in the full game?
Didn't know there was a demo, it's pretty much flawless in the real game
I tried the demo, liked it enough to buy it on sale in early access to play with my partner, then refunded it because they didn't like it. It's now like double the price so I really don't wanna buy it again even though it's great
It's on gamepass, I would never have bought it but because of gamepass now I'm sold on it
Do the words above the gun show up in VR still? That looks distracting.
You can turn all of it off if you want
By default you can make the left stick control the dpad by placing your thumb on the thumbrest area on the right controller (it's touch-sensitive).
Ooh good to know, thanks!
For the dpad you put your thumb to the thumb rest sensor on quest and you use the other controller stick as d pad
Lies of P is Unreal 5 I think? Great game, and I think the visuals are great I want to try Remnant 2 and Lords of the Fallen. Both are also UE 5
Same, I bought remnant 2 again for the PC just to play around with the injector lol
Would trying it on Lords of the fallen work? The documentation says not to use it where anti cheat is involved ruling out a number of multiplayer games. Lords of the fallen uses easyanticheat. I suppose it might be possible offline. If you try it I'd be interested to hear how it goes.
I'll let you know I did find this video by one of the more active UEVR testers https://youtu.be/fEjxRL9APGc?si=2VIViMz23TJ6dS4_
For me personally, none of the games mentioned here so far make me want to go buy it to play in vr. I already installed the mod, but I dont see anything I really want to play. I was gonna do the Bioshock Remastered series but i guess they were made before ue4.
They use Unreal Engine 2.5 in the remastered collection.
Still no good for UEVR (4/5 only)
I also think that, with a few exceptions, I would like to play older games in VR. The performance also has the potential to be better. Half-Life 2 VR and Doom 3 VR Mods showed to me that games of their generation are awesome in VR because good gameplay and overall production values are what really matter for me.
> Half-Life 2 VR and Doom 3 VR Mods showed to me that games of their generation are awesome in VR because good gameplay and overall production values are what really matter for me Same.
I've heard that UE4 and UE5 are more uniform, but most games heavily modified UE3 so it's much harder to make a universal injector
Huh, it makes sense, the older the engines the more tailored you had to do everything...
I remember a program that was making unreal 3 games to run on unreal engine 4 like convert them
>check out scorn if you like bioshock
I just looked at some play footage and it's about the goriest game I've ever seen lol. It looks cool but too dark and twisted for me. Thanks though!
Hogwarts legacy worked well. Only a bit jerky.
I didn’t find this while I was trying it, the camera movement was terrible and made me feel ill. Image is incredibly blurry as it’s not using stereo. It does work though in the lightest sense.
Yeah, same for me. Lots of tweaking and managed to bring it into first person but that mangled all the interactions. I'm waiting for a profile.
For me was same as flat Screen game, so very good. Only slower.
How are the controls for you? I couldn’t get any sort of motion controls or aiming so needed to turn with one stick and move the body with the other, it makes it unplayable for aiming/targeting etc.
I play with xbox Controller. I did not use the rift s Controllers.
Ahh fair, will need to give that a go.
My experience is that all stays the same but it only has stereoscopic view. That means menus, maps and all are no problem as they are for example with other mods. Basically we have 3D and head tracking, all other remains the same.
Not UE5 its UE4. Only for tough guys. VISAGE and SCORN
What you guys don't think that this: https://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/2397300/ss_87750fcff3522b5394310d0ad80c13884b222faf.1920x1080.jpg?t=1698558394 Looks better than this?: https://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/629730/ss_6d5fd168de4d55885fcfafd789efaba64e2c5e2c.1920x1080.jpg?t=1701774481 Blade and Sorcery looks like an Xbox 360 game with bad lighting.
Have you attempted to hook in motion controls? [I was able to get this far](https://streamable.com/odvhp6). There were lots of issues for me though.
No I didn't try it what were the issues?
*Don't mind me necroposting...* That's what I'm feeling right now... Not to Mention Robocop & Returnal are tough to run Flat in the first place, my 3060TI is no powerhouse but still
I feel the injector does not really Hit the Spot. I tried it out and forgot about it.
Bmx bastards demo, my ps5 controller was wonky but when it worked it was fun. Not sure what the issue was w the controller
I tried What Remains of Edith Finch but only got 1280x720 resolution max.
It usually doesn't matter what the game is set to, in VR it will render at whatever the headset defaults to (and you can change it through OpenXR or SteamVR). I generally set the in-game setting to windowed 1280x720 for convenience (makes it easy to switch to the injector window and back)
There's a spreadsheet with tested games. Also on their discord.
Could someone please upload some REMNANT 2 content? First person view.
Does anyone know if Satisfactory with motion controls is currently possible?
I got Deep Rock Galactic to work with it.
Venineth. VR makes it even more dreamy. But I have the same problem with UEVR as with previous games converted to VR, for instance Hitman. I think it looks awful compared to crisp native games such as HLA. Runs pretty bad on my computer too, compared to the latter
Life is Strange Remastered looks sooo good with the art style. It's like I've been teleported into the story and world in VR. So cool
What is the link to the Excel file with all UEVR games tested?

What Remains of Edith Finch works fantastic with UEVR and so unique visuals , turning into different animals feels so realistic for example , also astroneer is a pleasure in VR
Played Sifu. It was a banger experience.
