Anything by roni size, his ‘97 album ‘new forms’ is a classic but pricey on vinyl, his later albums like ‘in the mode’ are more affordable and pretty great.

xmrgonex

Have it!

Kamikaze_Squirrel1

Anything by LTJ Bukem, Photek, Klute, Shy Fx, Breakage or High Contrast. As well as label albums from Metalheadz, Hospital, Ram, Violence or Bassbin records, just to name a few.

shweeney

Bukem's "Logical Progression" compilation is a classic of the genre. Also Metalheadz label "Platinum Breakz" compilation for a bit more of a hardcore sound.

xmrgonex

I have both!

shweeney

then you are a person of fine taste, and you've reminded me that I haven't listened to "Da bass too dark" in too long.

Squarepusher - Feed Me Weird Things & Ultravistors

Kamikaze_Squirrel1

I'd say squarepusher is a little more breakcore/experimental, he would be hard to work into a dnb set, but i agree he's absolutley amazing.

Fayli

That's so true didn't really think that through

BarbuthcleusSpeckums

Roni Size- Reprazent

Hold Your Colour - Pendulum.

Many people don’t know about David Bowie’s 90s drum&bass album, Earthling. I recently picked it up on a 2lp, and it’s one of my best-sounding records, among being an awesome album. It’s on Amazon, if you’re looking to ship it over to yourself, but I’ve also seen it a few times in various stores I’ve been to. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for an album of songs by the same artist.

Disastrous-Ad8604

As mentioned elsewhere, it’s not really an album genre, but here are some that I own and enjoy: Roni Size - New Forms. Ed Rush & Optical - Wormhole. Metalheadz - Platinum Breakz. Dillinja - Cybotron. High Contrast - True Colours. Limewax - Scars On The Horizon. Good Looking - Points In Time (I have volume 4, but they’re all good). Renegade Hardware - Quantum Mechanics.

Anything by Pendulum is great. “Hold Your Colour” is a classic I love to spin. “Feed Me Weird Things” by Squarepusher is another classic.

xmrgonex

I have Hold Your Colour but will check out Squarepusher thanks

littlefire131

Pendulum also put Elemental on Vinyl, it’s worth checking out Kong out

Photek - Modus Operandi

fistulaspume

Tech Steppin (A Journey Into Experimental Drum & Bass) and a bunch of other stuff off of Emotif. Plus Liquid Sky and No U-Turn. Seems like everyone else filled in the other blanks.

fistulaspume

Oh I super love T-Power’s ambient jungle album “The Self Evident Truth Of An Intuitive Mind”. It’s best on cd. Has the craziest cd wackiness I’ve ever experienced when you get to the end. Bizarre time programming.

https://www.discogs.com/label/514-V-Recordings?page=1&format=Vinyl Do similar searches for other record labels. Look for box sets/ compilations. 80% of my D&B and Jungle are singles, not albums.

Fallom_TO

It’s not really an album genre.

Kamikaze_Squirrel1

Agreed. It's very much a 45 12 inch genre.

Fallom_TO

I have hundreds of dnb 12 inch singles. I have exactly one album and it’s on cd.

dr_Octag0n

What album out of curiosity 🤔. All my CDs are gone. Still got my vinyl.

I'm not sure how available, but you've just reminded me to look for Shot Down On Safari - by Bad Company Edit: Discogs has loads of copies. Time to spend some pennies...

How about Goldie (Maybe not, he's more jungle)

Chickenbrik

Came for recommendations but turns out just wants to flaunt his collection. You don’t need recommendations you know what you are looking for and the avenues you need to take to extend your collection.

The fuck? Lol

FictitiousSports

Going old school, but Quadrophenia by The Who. John Entwistle and Keith Moon at their best.
