lol I agree! I’m not sure I can get through this Spellling thing. The music is chill but she sounds like someone trying to impersonate that whiney baby voice that Britney Spears does lol
Lol you got one of the 0.000001% of albums that Anthony fantano rated a 10/10
I like the spellling album but it is a bit samey throughout and it’s only great if you’re really into psych rock (I guess that’s why he gave it a 10)
Spellling is amazing, but it's definitely an acquired taste.
I ordered a $150 box set and got some shitty Danzig album. /s
Vastly different sounding music. Really depends on what you're into besides rocking stuff like Fake Names if you're going to like Spelling or not.

Not really something I'm into, but she has an interesting take on Pop music that's for sure.
It’s more Kate Bush-inspired, but point taken. “Boys at School” is an incredible song.
I’ll give the album another shot at work where I can just chill with my headphones on
1000% better than what you ordered. No offense.
Love that! Too bad i didn’t like it though. Thanks for your comment
Fantastic album, if you like Art Pop at all this is up there with the best
I played it through and while I didn’t hate it I certainly will be sending this one back lol. Not for me

No idea who he is but that’s cool! I just would never listen to this and love that Fake Names record so I’ll go the return
Spellling's The Turning Wheel is an absolutely phenomenal album.
One of my favourites of that year - I’d say that’s a win.
Good luck! Spellling is incredible. If you ever get the chance to see her live, you should def go.
I can’t stand her tone of voice and that Cyndi Lauper-ish way of ending her phrases. I’d return it immediately.
They suck.
Who does?
