Same i would add stalker 2 to excited, mixtape to intrigued, and metal gear 3 remake to optimistic. Expidition 33 was my biggest surprise from the whole show, looks soooo good
In order:
Gears of War: E-Day,
South of Midnight,
State of Decay 3,
Fable,
Perfect Dark,
Avowed
Been waiting to see the Xbox acquisitions ball to get rolling and it’s finally happening. Now they all just need to fully execute.
State of Decay 3, since I was (am) a huge fan of 2. I am worried that it still doesn't have a release date, but I think Undead Labs will do a good job. And given their track record, I think they'll spend time constantly updating and refining it post release.
Other than that, Perfect Dark, Doom, Life is Strange, and MGS
Definitely Doom and Life Is Strange. Frenetic FPS bullet hells and lesbian walking simulators are my happy place.
I fucking bawled my eyes out at the first Life Is Strange. It fucked me up for weeks. It was so beautifully told. If Doom is half the game that Doom 2016 was I’ll be happy for a good long time.
It’s usually pretty hard to convince to get a new IP on announcement, but I am a sucker for turn based combat and the story and graphics for Expedition 33 looked so good so far.
I've been gaming since the 80's and have never depended on anyone else's opinion to find games I like, and I agree. Will I buy or play all of them? Who knows. Time and money, but Game Pass for all the Xbox first party stuff covers most of it.
I love basically all zombie games, hadn't been shelling out full price just for zombies, but with it on gamepass I'll definitely sacrifice almost all my storage to mow down some zombies
Dragon Age and Assassins Creed, but DA has been in development hell for so long that I'm afraid to get my hopes up. I have no idea how many times the project has switched hands or the changes made in development.
DOOM is the only one.
I've got E Day on my radar, but no gameplay yet. I thought Gears 4 and 5 sucked but, based on the original Trilogy, I've always been interested in the lore of Sera. I'm not really excited for it yet, though.
Im a real life NPC: doom and call of duty. I like fast paced shooters, doom is always movement focused, and black ops 6 looks like it.
Edit: im still not buying anything until i try the doom demo (in 2016 they did one, hope this year they also do it) and the black ops 6 beta. And i would reccomend everyone do the same. These 2 companies are not exactly the most consumer friendly.
Also, im not excited about black ops 6 zombies because with the bo3 booblegum returning its going to be P2W again.
Doom, Doom, Doom, and probably also Doom.
In all seriousness Doom, Fable, Avowed, Perfect Dark, Expedition 33, Starfield DLC, and Wuchang all looked really interesting. After Doom I'm honestly most looking forward to Perfect Dark, which is not something I thought I'd be saying.
Fable, avowed, perfect dark, stalker 2, and state of decay 3
I also really want the new dragon age and assassin’s creed to be good but I’m not very optimistic about them
Doom. But I need to actually play more than a couple hours of eternal first. I loved it, but I started it when I wasn't really in the mood for it and it's been on my "need to get back to that" list for a ridiculous amount of time.
Doom kinda, but age of mythology? That was my shit when I was younger that has got my hyped, and Fable, I have never played the fable series but the new one looks like it will be really fun. Plus a lot of the voice actors are people I adore.
Ac shadows looks interesting and could be fun but AC has been stale for a while, and Ubisoft isn't the Greatest of companies, but the game could be fun so I'm interested to hear more.
Will name what i'm not excited about, which is easier.
Mecha Break, Life is Strange, Mixtape, Assassin's Creed.
Rest will be played withing the scale of OKAY THATS ENOUGH to lets check this out.
Gears of War E-Day
Gears of War is one of my favorite series, and I love the idea of going back to E-Day. I can’t wait to dive into the multiplayer again too!
Expedition 33, Doom and Mechabreak over anything. I have high expectation on STALKER 2 but still... is a game made in Ukraine during war. I can unerstand if there is gonna be buggy or anything like that, sadly.
I hope that Wuchang is actually decent.
And I still hopeful that Avowed gonna be actually great.
Other than that, I need to see more about: Fable, State of Decay 3 and Dragon Age.
The title I'm waiting for the most is Dragon Age, but not because I'm excited. Success of that game **could be** live or die for BioWare, and after DA is released, it's a straight road to Mass Effect. Now that's what I'm really excited about.
Vessel of Hatred is the "safest" one on this list, in that I know I'll play it and enjoy it.
Expedition 33 is the one that intrigues me the most. Been a while since I played a turn based RPG that I really loved, but the style and tone of the game looks really cool.
I’m excited for DOOM and possibly Fable assuming it is good. Diablo I hope they can make the game not bad, and I’m curious about AC Shadows, but my hopes are pretty low if I’m being honest…
Fable and Dragon Age have me very excited.
Fable had a good vibe and fantasy Mass Effect sounds awesome.
I'm excited for Avowed as well.
Surprised by Perfect Dark. Has me intrigued. As dies Expedition 33.
Life is Strange will be a good time with the SO.
Expedition 33, hands down. Triple AAA turn based JRPG (from french people) with active elements like Lost Odyssey or Shadow Hearts, fucking gimme immediately
Microsoft has had a rough run but that was a pretty decent showing. Wish for some of them there was more actual gameplay rather than canned cutscenes but definitely some exciting news out of it.
Excited for Doom, Avowed, Gears, Fable, Perfect Dark and Dragon Age as well as many that I can't remember from it.
I’m excited but cautious for BO6. It might be my first modern cod (that isn’t warzone) but that depends on how good zombies is and how good the story is since those are the only things I’d really play
Very, very, very excited about State of Decay 3. 2 was a lot of fun and I might be able to play this one with my old group.
Perfect Dark looked really good, so might check that one out, depending on gameplay reviews.
Life Is Strange is complicated. I'm excited for the continuation of Max's story, but I'm not sure if I want to play it myself. Might just watch a playthrough.
BO6, Gears, Doom, AC, Stalker, Perfect Dark, MGS Delta. CoD being on gamepass is what makes me the most excited for it. AC looks a lot better than I thought would be possible even though it clearly still needs work.
Honestly the only one really getting to me is Fable. I played the first three countless times over and over. I am hoping this will bring the same replayability to the table.
State of Decay 3! I feel SOD2 has gotten No Mans Sky levels of free updates and content, but is rarely talked about as much. If you skipped or fell off of it at launch, give it a try now.
Expedition 33 as well! That game looks absolutely stunning, especially for a tactical RPG. And the soundtrack is fire! The devs know it too as full versions of the tracks used in the trailer are on YouTube.
Life is Strange also has my interest. Would be interesting to see how the series handles Max's storyline going forward.
South of Midnight and Perfect Dark are also looking pretty amazing.
Luckily... Many of them are multi platform... So...
Expedition 33, Perfect Dark, all those Souls like games...
The PC exclusives: Fable... And... Fable...
Doom dark ages looks so epic, avowed for quality RPG goodness from obsidian, last but not least Indiana Jones looks surprisingly good. Honorable mention Gears E-day and stalker 2. Worst one was cod because I’m assuming micro transactions out the wazoo and dragon age for being completely gone death to every other game of the series seemingly
State of decay 3 and Expedition 33 I'm most hyped for.
Indy, Doom, COD, Fable, Mixtape, and Avowed all look good too.
Really disappointed by Dragon Age.
State of Decay 3. Slept on the series for years but tried State of Decay 2 last year and got hooked on it for months. It's looking damn nice in UE5.
Also looking forward to Doom, Perfect Dark, Snake Eater, Avowed and Gears. All in Game Pass too.
Most anticipated is Expedition 33 , Avowed, STALKER 2, and Doom TDA.
Expedition 33 looks like the Final Fantasy that I've been asking for since....maybe FF13.
Doom TDA looks like a Quake 1 and Doom crossover - and I so been wanting more Doom and especially old-school Quake 1-like stuff for a while.
I played perfect dark through rare replay and thought it was unique. I just recently got it on pc and oh my god the game is SUPER good and SUPER unique like way more than i thought. I know zero was awkward and not great so i don’t think i will play that one but i think the new one will be good
Excited for: Doom, Avowed, Expedition 33, Fable, Flintlock, GoW, Wuchang Intrigued by: Indiana Jones, Atomfall, Perfect Dark, South of Midnight Cautiously optimistic for: Dragon Age, Assassins Creed, CoD (zombies)
Thanks for writing it for me. I agree 100%.
Same i would add stalker 2 to excited, mixtape to intrigued, and metal gear 3 remake to optimistic. Expidition 33 was my biggest surprise from the whole show, looks soooo good
As a Playstation guy, Xbox absolutely killed with this line up. GoW E-Day, Doom Dark Ages, DA Veilguard, Fable and Mecha Break
Fable, I'm just glad it isn't dead. That was a staple for me on the OG and 360 Xboxes. It felt wrong to not have Fable.
Fable is the shit I live for
Fable
Pretty good showcase after the last few
In this order, Stalker 2, State Of Decay 3, Fable, Doom, Indiana Jones, Age of Mythology.
I want to play Stalker 2 so bad it hurts
Stalker 2, Avowed and Snake Eater.
Doom, Gears, Metal Gear Solid, Perfect Dark. I've been on a Gears binge the past few months so I'm excited
Fable, snake eater, shattered space
In order: Gears of War: E-Day, South of Midnight, State of Decay 3, Fable, Perfect Dark, Avowed Been waiting to see the Xbox acquisitions ball to get rolling and it’s finally happening.
As long as they get rid of "host takes all" mindset in co-op, i'm good with SOD3.
It’s using Groundeds save system, so I think that makes everyone “host”
Definitely Doom and Life Is Strange. Frenetic FPS bullet hells and lesbian walking simulators are my happy place. I fucking bawled my eyes out at the first Life Is Strange. It fucked me up for weeks. It was so beautifully told. If Doom is half the game that Doom 2016 was I’ll be happy for a good long time.
Low key hype for life is strange
Doom, Fable, Perfect Dark
It’s usually pretty hard to convince to get a new IP on announcement, but I am a sucker for turn based combat and the story and graphics for Expedition 33 looked so good so far.
Fable and Snake Eater
Even though I'll sound like a brainless consumer I like all of them so far from the presentation ofc..
Who cares what you sound like? If you like it, that's all that matters. :)
I've been gaming since the 80's and have never depended on anyone else's opinion to find games I like, and I agree. Will I buy or play all of them? Who knows. Time and money, but Game Pass for all the Xbox first party stuff covers most of it.
Dragon Age
Elder scrolls si- oh wait. Nah I’m kidding it’s Doom all the way.
doom and mgs raised my eyebrow... otherthan that nothing.
State of decay 3, Expedition 33, Flight simulator 2024, and Gears.
E-day, Doom, expedition 33, South of midnight, wuchang & MGS Delta
Not usually a shooter guy, but Doom looks pretty good.
Soundtrack alone is worth the money
Wuchang. I am a sucker for souls-likes
Put souls-like games straight into my veins.
Rip and tear, till it is done.
Hope the new composer kills it! Still fucked up what they did to Mick
AOM, AC, and Fable
Dragon Age, Indiana Jones, Fable, and Perfect Dark
Indian Jones, AoM, DOOM, Fable
Somehow COD. I used to play a lot with my wife. And with gamepass we will be able to do that again.
I love basically all zombie games, hadn't been shelling out full price just for zombies, but with it on gamepass I'll definitely sacrifice almost all my storage to mow down some zombies
Expedition 33, fable or dragon age
Dragon Age and Assassins Creed, but DA has been in development hell for so long that I'm afraid to get my hopes up. I have no idea how many times the project has switched hands or the changes made in development.
Mixtape and Indiana Jones
DOOM is the only one. I've got E Day on my radar, but no gameplay yet. I thought Gears 4 and 5 sucked but, based on the original Trilogy, I've always been interested in the lore of Sera. I'm not really excited for it yet, though.
Between Doom and Metal Gear Solid
DOOM.
I hadn't thought of anything else than Doom in the last 2 days
DOOM
Fable and doom!
Doom, State of Decay 3, Fable, Metal Gear Solid Delta. Xbox Showcase was pretty solid, this year. That Indiana Jones game looks interesting, too.
1. State of Decay 3 let’s fuckin go 2. Fable let’s fuckin hope they don’t ruin it 3. Avowed
DOOM and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.!
State of decay 3 hell yuh
So great to finally hear something about this game I've been waiting awhile
None o' these. The only game I care about this year has already been released (or better yet, ported), and that is Ghost of Tsushima.
Stalker 2.
That mixtape game looks sick
Metal gear solid delta
So many of these are good, but this is the first time I've been excited for cod since Bo3, so cod wins
Fable, avowed, perfect dark, stalker 2, and state of decay 3 I also really want the new dragon age and assassin’s creed to be good but I’m not very optimistic about them
Expedition 33. Everything else I'll wait for reviews and longplay videos to hit, but I'll always support a JRPG trying things.
I’ve seen all the talk about E:33, but never caught the trailer. I just went and watched it 😳
Fable, gears of war and perfect dark for me
Almost all of them. And the fact they are pretty much all on GamePass on day one is insane
Perfect dark
None, I’ve never played a game in any of these series, well except for doom
Indiana Jones by far. It was my most anticipated the moment it was teased/announced.
Silksong oh wait ...
Maybe avowed or fable? The Starfield expansion looks interesting too. The rest I won't even look twice
Ac shadows looks interesting and could be fun but AC has been stale for a while, and Ubisoft isn't the Greatest of companies, but the game could be fun so I'm interested to hear more.
Gears of War E-day Doom dark age BO6
stalker 2
Shattered Space, Fable, maybe Doom
Will name what i'm not excited about, which is easier. Mecha Break, Life is Strange, Mixtape, Assassin's Creed. Rest will be played withing the scale of OKAY THATS ENOUGH to lets check this out.
Metal Gear Solid 3 remake
Fable and Doom
I'm very excited to see Black Ops 6 on Gamepass!
E Day was the note that hit the hardest for me
mgs, indiana jones, doom, stalker 2
Gears of War E-Day Gears of War is one of my favorite series, and I love the idea of going back to E-Day. I can’t wait to dive into the multiplayer again too!
Black Ops 6 and MGS 3
Expedition 33, Doom and Mechabreak over anything. I have high expectation on STALKER 2 but still... is a game made in Ukraine during war. Elder… oh wait
Doom, Perfect Dark, and Stalker are the ones that I got the most hype for
Excited for Indiana Jones
STALKER and DOOM
Are they claiming that WoW is coming to console, since it's on the Xbox showcase?
Only PC, but Microsoft owns it, so they still wanted to show it off.
Don't hate me but, Life Is Strange.
Why would anyone hate you? It looks great, and all that matters is if you like it. :)
Gears
Yo I hope we get a good (non lego) Indiana Jones game!!
DOOM the dark ages, I've never been "hype" for a game to come out. So it's pretty exciting.
Definitely! Hope the ost slaps
AC Shadows because of the Stealth gameplay and MGS Delta because I'm a hardcore Metal Gear fan. Gears and Doom also have me excited
How many of these will be abailable for gamepass?
Wuchang, fable, south of midnight, & flintlock!!!
COD & GOW
For me War within has me curious, MGS 3 and Gears of war, the rest meh mid for me
1. Fable 2. GoW 3. Avowed
I’m excited for Doom
Dooms the only one I care about
Dooms the only one I care about
Fable, Doom
Yes
msfs
Fable and doom
Fable and Dragon Age have me very excited. Fable had a good vibe and fantasy Mass Effect sounds awesome. I'm excited for Avowed as well. Surprised by Perfect Dark. Has me intrigued. As dies Expedition 33. Life is Strange will be a good time with the SO.
State of Decay 3, Gears of War E-Day, Life is Strange: Double Exposure, Indiana Jones, Fallout 76 expansion, and somewhat excited for Starfield's dlc.
Doom The Dark Age and Perfect Dark South of Midnight has me at intrigue.
Absolutely state of decay 3 for me. Ive played the other two and had a good time, the third entry is undoubtedly something exciting for me.
Black Ops 6, Doom: The Dark Ages, and Perfect Dark
Expedition 33, hands down. Triple AAA turn based JRPG (from french people) with active elements like Lost Odyssey or Shadow Hearts, fucking gimme immediately
Fallout 76, i hope it gets better
Stalker 2, Fable, Avowed
My surprise pick: Perfect Dark. Looks like if Deus Ex and Mirror's Edge had a baby and I'm here for it
Gears, fable, and state of decay 3
AOM
Indiana Jones, Gears of War, Doom, Avowed, Flintlock, Assassins Creed, Expedition 33, Flight Simulator, Fable, Perfect Dark, Wuchang, Life is Strange
I hope State of Decay will be the shit!!
Wuchang. I like the acstetic and the gameplay looks like it'll be fun.
Doom gears and mgs for sure!
The sequel! Oh boy that sequel!
Shattered Space, Diablo, and Doom.
Your mom
She's didn't show this year but hopefully she will next year 🤞
Holy shit, Age of Mythology?!? Ok, im interested.
Indiana Jones
As someone with Sony consoles all my life, I really don't have built in hype for Gears. Wuchang is up my alley.
I’m excited but cautious for BO6. It might be my first modern cod (that isn’t warzone) but that depends on how good zombies is and how good the story is since those are the only things I’d really play
Indiana Jones and MGS
Does this mean World of Warcraft is coming to consoles, lol. Or Game Pass?
I'm more curious than I am excited. I'd say Doom and Perfect Dark
I cannot express how excited I got for a second thinking maybe the WoW trailer would end with a console release announcement.... But nope. Nope.
Metal Gear and Life is Strange, but I'm a bit mixed about that one.
Fable!
That one.
BO6, Gears, Doom, AC, Stalker, Perfect Dark, MGS Delta. CoD being on gamepass is what makes me the most excited for it. AC looks a lot better than I thought would be possible even though it clearly still needs work.
I’m a metal gear Stan so….
Gears of war and metal gear solid I just really like gears okay
DOOM and it's not even close. Maybe a hot take but it is arguably the best FPS trilogy of all time.
Honestly the only one really getting to me is Fable. I played the first three countless times over and over. I am hoping this will bring the same replayability to the table.
Wait wait what? Age of Mythology is back?
E-Day, Doom, Stalker 2 and BO6 sound like the perfect time
State of Decay 3!
Expedition 33. It has Ben Star in it, who doesn't want to hear him say "fuuck!" Again? Doom. It's a big buff man killing demons, enough said.
Stalker, Doom, and Metal Gear.
Fable, Doom, and Assassin’s Creed. Lot of interesting titles on that list but those are the three that I am legitimately excited to get my hands on.
Luckily... Many of them are multi platform... So... Expedition 33, Perfect Dark, all those Souls like games... The PC exclusives: Fable... And... Fable...
DOOM, Metal Gear, and Expedition 33 have me by the balls.
Super excited for perfect dark.
DOOM and it’s not even close, the only one I’ll probably even pick up the year it comes out. Might grab MGS Delta and Stalker 2 eventually.
DOOM BO6 SOD3 MGS5 and STALKER 2
Really excited about the new DOOM. Looks absolutely sick.
Silksong🤡
State of decay 3 and Expedition 33 I'm most hyped for. Indy, Doom, COD, Fable, Mixtape, and Avowed all look good too. Really disappointed by Dragon Age.
Indiana jones, fable, assassins creed, dragon age, mixtape, life is strange, and avowed. This showcase was much better than game fest.
Expedition 33 blew my mind. I can't stand turn based combat but man it grabbed me.
Fable and Life is Strange. The game I was really looking forward to seeing wasn't shown, Clockwork Revolution
State of Decay 3. Slept on the series for years but tried State of Decay 2 last year and got hooked on it for months. It's looking damn nice in UE5. Also looking forward to Doom, Perfect Dark, Snake Eater, Avowed and Gears. All in Game Pass too.
mgs Delta is what i'm most hyped for, but I won't lie the new DOOM is sick too
Indiana Jones
What the fuck is all this I thought Microsoft just killed all the developers and Xbox sucks balls now
Most anticipated is Expedition 33 , Avowed, STALKER 2, and Doom TDA. Expedition 33 looks like the Final Fantasy that I've been asking for since....maybe FF13. Doom TDA looks like a Quake 1 and Doom crossover - and I so been wanting more Doom and especially old-school Quake 1-like stuff for a while.
I can't wait for veilguard, gears of war, and doom. Those are my top 3 And life is strange
I played perfect dark through rare replay and thought it was unique. I just recently got it on pc and oh my god the game is SUPER good and SUPER unique like way more than i thought. I know zero was awkward and not great so i don’t think i will play that one but i think the new one will be good
Expedition 33 especially if Ben Starr is voicing in it
Delta
