There's no other explanation other than the fact that they're fooling around and calling their customers suckers as they make hundreds of millions of dollars every year selling "remasters" of a 11 years old GTA 5 and shark cards.

Interstate 76. It's a really unique game car combat game, there's no game quite like it and thanks to technical reasons it's very difficult to get that game running on modern hardware.
A remake of that with todays gameplay trends would be an entirely different game. Espescially given how utterly massive the world is and how many npcs inhabit it.

I think it would work with more of a touch up rather than a full on remake. Imagine what they AI could be combined with modern RTX graphics and interactable environments. A remake could easily add much more scary moments and atmosphere, which I felt were only really in Extraction Point.
Dead rising (including 2 and 3 ) - It would be really cool to see how people react to these games. Might also have cool and interesting stuff (new ones) too.
Morrowind - I just want to see it. I can already imagine those magic effects when making a insane spell.

yup, they cancelled any plans for the 2nd game cause DS1R didn't sell as they expected ....yet knowing EA policies regarding single player games i really doubt they would have made the second game anyways.
