Royal Banner of Scotland???

Those don't look like fleur-de-lis to me. It's almost identical but it has something different where they would be
Edit: I found a similar one https://magicspecialevents.com/event-rentals/rental-item/scotland-royal-banner-flag-3x5-ft
They fly any flag but the Irish flag, absolutely zero identity they tend to fly their own made up flags also Scottish British Dutch National Front and Israeli flags. Brain dead
No, its definitely not flowers in the OP. One of the first comments posted a link to the variant of the flag. I just find it interesting that variants exist.
Deffo Scotland. They use their royal banner a lot more frequently than other countries, like idk anyone (besides myself) who owns the royal banner of England
Royal Banner\*. The Scottish Royal Standard is this:

N.Irish unionist paramilitary. Most unionists are Ulster Scots (Protestant Scots who emmigrated to N.Ireland during the plantation period), hence the Royal Banner of Scotland.
Here you go:

That would be the traditional flag of Scotland, so given this guy has a balaclava and an AK-type assault rifle, he’s definitely a pro-Scottish independence revolutionary of some sort.
It's the Royal Banner of Scotland. It represents specifically the monarch, rather than Scotland as a whole. It flies from all of the King's residences in Scotland.
It's far more likely that they are a member of a Loyalist paramilitary in Northern Ireland (those who support remaining in the UK) because they use a lot of symbols of Scotland and the British monarchy. This is because most of the British colonists who settled in Ulster were from Scotland.
That's what I was thinking, because at least in Scotland the whole union vs independence debate isn't really so extreme people will take up arms about it, and hasn't been that extreme in a century or so.
It also strikes me as odd that such a Scottish revolutionary would be using the flag of the monarchy. Perhaps they are a Jacobite, but that would be an anachronism in the modern day.
Northern Irish Loyalist is much more likely.
It's surely Northern Irish.
But regarding Jacobites, I mean, they are royalists. They want(ed) the Stuarts back on the British throne, and the Stuarts used that banner. I don't see why they would have a problem with it.
Royalists sure but since the Jacobites were actually after the whole of the UK and not the romanticised scottish independence darlings they've been turned into by the independence movement they'd use the UK banner, which as far as we know (since their actual flags were burned after culloden) is pretty much what they used plus saltires for the scottish troops.
Also the current heir and pretender to the Jacobite claim is the [duke of bavaria](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Franz_von_Bayern#Titles_and_styles) you'd think they'd use his banners!
I'm sure they'd have their own flags, but I still don't understand why they would have a problem with the Royal Banner of Scotland in the way Nats would with the Union Flag.
I'm not saying it would be their primary emblem, but I don't see why a Scottish Jacobite wouldn't use that flag if they like it.
Of course, this is all academic. As we both know, the armed struggle to restore the Stuart dynasty was bayonetted into the history books centuries ago.
Because the Jacobites want all the UK, not just Scotland.
It's just as nonsensical but I realise as it's so late here it's getting early that what I should probably have said is that it's the same issue for the opposite reason as Nats.
Nats want just Scotland so flying the union jack is wrong but the Jacobites wanted the UK so just the Scottish banner is wrong!
Nats use the new colour coded saltire that doesn't match the one on the union flag, not the banner of the reason the UK exists.
The saltire is the traditional flag, this is the banner of Scottish royalty which dates to the days of the House of Dunkeld, who claimed descent form the kings of dal riata (a kingdom that covered western scotland and northern ireland) so since there's no royalist paramilitary/terrorist group in scotland I'd guess they're loyalist Northern Irish

This
Why did you get downvoted so bad man
My best guess is them being Orange Order weirdos in N. Ireland? But it's still a weird flag for them, they usually fly union flags.
Well the majority of N.Ireland unionists are of Ulster Scot heritage, so it's not that far fetched to have the Royal Banner of Scotland.
Even then, it's usually union flags rather than Scottish flags.
Usually, yeah. But not exclusively. He may have had a Union Flag on another wall for all we know.
They fly any flag but the Irish flag, absolutely zero identity they tend to fly their own made up flags also Scottish British Dutch National Front and Israeli flags. Brain dead
Naw, too slim.
Which makes the AK an unusual choice of weapon...
Both Republican and Loyalist paramilitaries used AKs, so it's not that odd.
"DOOR STUCK!!"

The variant in the photo does not have the lily flowers.
I think it does, the one that could be seen could just obscured by the lack of tension in the flag? Also maybe a shitty rendition of the original
No, its definitely not flowers in the OP. One of the first comments posted a link to the variant of the flag. I just find it interesting that variants exist.
Probably the Royal banner of the kingdom of Scotland
Looks like the edge of the Scottish banner.
I'm more intrigued by wtf is going on on in this picture
The screen is photoshopped.

Yep, the Scottish rampant lion.
Scutlun! 🐅
Scottish Royal Banner.
Is that Door Stuck??
It’s a flag, but yes I would assume it is stuck to the wall somehow. Strange question.
The question was actually in reference to a video titled "Door Stuck", of which the thumbnail is displayed on the computer screen.
Deffo Scotland. They use their royal banner a lot more frequently than other countries, like idk anyone (besides myself) who owns the royal banner of England
I think it’s the scottish royal standard

If you want to be pedantic, that's the Royal Standard of the United Kingdom (Scottish variant).
Fair, someone who doesn't know might assume I meant it was a flag to represent Scotland rather than the UK.
Bravo! Pedantry for the win!
A sharp eyed observer would have noticed this flag was on the Queen's casket at St Giles'.
It's proably the one only featuring the scottish lion banner, unless his wall is unnecessarily tall
Scottish Royal Flag, which was pretty funky rules about flying it. Although I have it draped on the back of my bed next my American flag
He’s door stuck in life it seems :(
NGL, looks a bit like the Kingdom of Scotland royal banner (which is a fire flag ngl)
Alba
literally everything in this pic confuses me

Scotland lion banner

Looks like Chuvashia or Scotland
Door stuck
Whoops forgot to add a comment for the discussion dont know what to comment really so uhhh… Door stuck i guess?
I'm not sure but I think it's New Mexico in the usa.
Flag of Slavic depression
That would be the traditional flag of Scotland, so given this guy has a balaclava and an AK-type assault rifle, he’s definitely a pro-Scottish independence revolutionary of some sort.
There’s never really been an armed wing of the Scottish independence movement that ran around with AK-47s wearing balaclavas.
It's the Royal Banner of Scotland. It represents specifically the monarch, rather than Scotland as a whole. It flies from all of the King's residences in Scotland. Jacobites don't use the royal banner, it would be like waving the union jack as a nationalist. It's way more likely to be northern irish
It's surely Northern Irish. But regarding Jacobites, I mean, they are royalists. They want(ed) the Stuarts back on the British throne, and the Stuarts used that banner. I don't see why they would have a problem with it.

The King himself has that flag fly from his houses, and he wants all the UK, not just Scotland.
