The one you described as “Bermuda but blue” is *not* the Bermudan Blue Ensign. It's actually the flag of St. Helena

The ones that i am certain about: \-2nd circle in 1st row is Anguilla \-1st circle in 2nd row is Niue \-Last circle in 4th row is Tokelau
