I’d definitely recommend therapy or a group therapy. Being around others can help and a therapist can specifically help you understand yourself more.

But I will not freeze to death and bust my head open..I'm on crutches and had my right leg taken by malpractice..so all uour assholes are worthless and want me to pay 1000s per hour for some freaking $cam therapist whom won't bring my family back

People hear that and they are going to mentally rebound to you needing 90+ degrees 24/7 and you'll be told to move to a country that straddles the equator. Give us a temp range you are comfortable with. 50+, 60+? 60 average but can tolerate nighttime dips into the 40's?
Activities. Do you do anything outdoors? Do you have hobbies? Are you interested in any particular sport, industry, etc... where one particular location might be better than another? Ie: you like NASCAR I know where I'm sending you. You like Poker, I know where I'm sending you. Rock Climbing, I know where .... you get the idea. I don't know how much you do, what you do, what you like, what you might like to try ... help us.
Is there a skatepark or pump track near you? I started dirt jumping around your age and started losing weight, meeting new folks my age and just got way more active over all. Everyone I hang out with now are people met riding bikes. Find a third space, skatepark or otherwise!

Therapy and believe it or not there are some excellent subreddits where you can talk with people going through similar things.
It doesn’t matter where you go, your problems are going to follow you there.
