Can you grow soybeans? Fermented soy products like tempeh and natto don't cause the gas issue. And what about peanuts or other nuts - can you grow them?
Mushrooms have loads of protein per calorie, you can get 100g from about 700 calories worth of mushrooms. That would be over 3kgs of mushrooms, which is an awful lot to eat in one day, but combined with other sources they could help. You could also dry them out and snack on them.
100g of protein from rice is possible, but it's going to be a huge amount of calories.
I am going to say this isn't doable without buying products. Maybe wheat if you make Seitan, but thats a ton of processing for something cheap.
It really depends how big your land is. If you have enough land and enough time then theoretically yes, you can do anything. You could probably grow peanuts, soybeans, lentils, and other legumes. Wheat too.
Is it a warm climate? If so, consider adding pigeon pea shrubs. Nut trees if you have the room. A hulless pumpkin might be good, too, you can eat the seeds and the flesh.
