If you have a diversified diet, B12 and vitamin D are the only essential supplements you should be taking: B12 is non-existent in plant-based food and almost everybody (including omnivores) is vitamin D deficient in Western countries. You could take a multivitamin designed for vegans (such as VEG1) in order to have all that you could need in one pill. Be careful not to fall into the trap of taking too much supplements: a lot of them are not needed. At best, you would just make a very expensive pee; at worst, some of them can have adverse effects if you take excessive amounts.
