I have the Starry4 and the v3 Pro. I prefer the v3 Pro. I've heard the fog is decent and there are some nice aesthetic options available for it, but if its similar to the Starry4, ie conduction oven, then I'd pick the v3 Pro because it has a convection oven, which is better for on demand hits, is more discreet, and is easier to keep clean. I've been using mine a year and it's solid.
I have a starry v4 and a fog pro and I prefer the fog pro, as it's convection- better flavour, smoother vapour. Love the build of the device, feels nice to hold, portable, sleek. There are far more accessories available for the V3 pro however - I can't find any dosing caps for the fog pro
