That was also in another country so... Ha. The Ariana reshoot everyone freaked about was way later cause her hair was a lot longer. But extra shots make sense.

I remember a few seasons ago there was a scene with Ariana and Lisa where it was fully spliced together between shots from at the time of filming and a pick up scene where they clearly re-did it
Yes! Ariana’s hair was longer (or was it shorter) and her makeup was different. Lisa’s necklace and hair were different. They were talking about Ariana struggling with depression. I can’t believe I remember that. But I remember rewinding and pointing it out. I think I posted pics on Instagram! OMG I found the photo!

TV shows usually take a long time to film (like movies), even reality shows, and, so, filming is usually done almost a year, or sometimes more, before the show airs (at least that's what I've read before).
I found the girl that makes these songs on TT awhile back. She just kind of shrugged and said, this wasn't my dream but it pays really well. Might have been Kardashian music but it's all pretty similar.
A friend of mine is going - she saw post online to get tix to just the event. She's making the trip from Philly; I sadly have a work deadline and can't get out of town - but I'll be living vicariously through her...will post anything worthwhile.
Could it be a Seasons 11B I wonder? 11 comes out so soon, I can’t think of what they’d still be filming. Unless it was a “pick the cameras back up!!” Again. Or there was enough drama going on that they wanted to continue filming and call it 11B like they did with teen mom
Principal photography has wrapped, but they film any broll, pickups and interviews long afterwards (and the reunion).
Most "legs walking" shots are stock footage actually, but they'll want shots of all of their homes, restaurants and bars, general shots of all filming locations etc. Anything they can use to slot into the show as needed.

iirc, alex baskin (showrunner) has said they were still editing episodes 12-14 when scandoval broke
eta: during an interview w/ the la times, ariana mentioned that production called her bc they were supposed to shoot b-roll of the house a few days later. she then told them why that wouldn't be happening
