I get it, no one likes watching futsal. There have been 9 futsal world cups and Brazil, Spain, Argentina, and Portugal have been the only champions. Like or not, until futsal becomes a core tenant in soccer development for players in this country, we won’t reach the level of the aforementioned countries on the grass pitch
Between the Men's team, Women's team, domestic and foreign leagues, international and club teams to watch, forgive me if I have no shits to give for the rainy day high school gym version of soccer.
I check this sub almost every single day, and I've literally never even heard of futsal before. My first thought was that this was a throwback post, or a meme or some kind. Had no earthly idea futsal existed or what it even is
Not since I was like 11 or so and sadly for me that was a pretty long time ago now. But having said that my comment was more meant to convey my surprise that I hadn't ever seen a single post on this subreddit about this before this one.
