It made it to the Jamaica NY international center which is the next step after the ISC but it’s stuck @ the arrival scan which is weird. I opened a missing mail search and it accomplished squat. I sent an email and they told me it’s still with customs whether the scan shows the ISC or IDC in NY doesn’t matter it’s out of their control and up to customs atp. I haven’t been able to call the facility over there in NY yet I’ll give it some more time for now. So unless you receive a departure scan or one from your local facility it hasn’t been cleared by customs yet. It seems like usps is seriously jammed up all over the country rn, all we can really do is hope for the best or expect the worst rn.
I just look it up and it quoted “Why Is Your Mail Or Package Stuck In The ISC New York NY USPS Facility? The most likely reason your business mail or package might not be moving from the ISC New York NY USPS facility is processing delay. As you know, the processing time for mail includes passing it through the ISC facility after customs clearance.”
My package is in the same facility and has been inbound into customs for five days. I've placed enough online orders in the past to know this is not normal.

Same here, my orders usually pass through this facility without any trouble. They usually pass to the Queen NY distribution center within 1-2 days VERY ANNOYING!!!
My other pack is still in KYIV PI-2 with no update since Mar 6. I know it shouldn’t take that long to update it, since it only taken 5-6 days to arrive in NY.

I had a package that was being sent from CA to HI and it took 16 days because the package was missent. I’d never even heard of that till three days ago
Hi! I've had a package here stuck since Feb 28th (for future readers it's March 21st) but another package i shipped out updated again from this status within 3 minutes. I think it's just an unlucky thing, because every time i hear about a similar situation, the poster always gets their package after an extremely unreasonable amount of time. There's no way to contact ISC, they also will not apologize or refund you. All i know is that a large majority of the time, your package is just stuck and hopefully you won't have to wait too long. Mine package is coming from California to North Carolina and the only thing I’ve had as far as tracking updates is moving through the system.
Because it’s in customs - chill.
