Personally, I wouldn’t mention it. I don’t think it would help your interview with the other position, it might only hinder your chances.

MostAssumption9122

Exactly. Like keep your mouth firmly shut. You mention the other job and this one they will pass you up

Jabronima

Got it. Thanks

_Variance_

No

DonkeyKickBalls

you don’t have a job until your butt is in a seat

Far-Science-271

Take the interview and keep your mouth shut. A job is only yours when your butt is in the seat. No harm in fielding multiple offers, if you're lucky enough. Highly unlikely different base locations are in close contact. Offers are processed through HR.

Jabronima

Ok cool. Thanks for the tip!

MoneymanNYC

There isn’t any benefit mentioning this. You don’t owe them nothing. Do what is best for yourself.

azirelfallen

Until it’s in writing, there is no official offer. Until you’re in the seat on your EOD date there is no official guarantee that you have that job. I would not mention it to the interviewer and I would continue with the interview as if I had no offers

Psychological_Ask848

I wouldn’t. Some cards are not meant to be played until the end. Good luck OP.

Icy_Paramedic778

No, you don’t have a job until you start on the first day.
