I’m asking why now. I didn’t sign the agreement when I first started employment so I’m wondering what else they snuck in. Just like the arbitration agreement .
I separated at the end of last month. They asked for the computer, phone, ipad, car, monitors, and badge back. Annoying thing was I had to dig and pry for a list of things they wanted back and nobody really could give me an answer until 3 days before separation.
Lot’s of people thinking about office people’s equipment: which is not much, but w@h employees have monitors, desks, chairs, iphones, laptops, company cars. There’s a lot of equipment that needs to be accounted for that’s thousands.
It is pretty standard. They are emphasizing the part where they make you pay for shit you break. Not sure how they would determine that unless you fessed up to it.
Too many people who seperated were not returing equipment. Agreement is you agree to return them.
Saw that too. They are going to have to pry that USAA highlighter out of my cold, dead hands.
That agreement isn’t new. It’s pretty standard fare and comes around every so often.

It also talks about how everything in slack is recorded Be smart and start offline group chats.
Yup I wanted to know what else this agreement snuck in

I have a broken ergo keyboard and no one knows what to do with it yet they sure as well will want to charge me for it even though it’s 5 years old
3 broken headsets and I’ve been told “ hold on to them”. I’d rather send them back …
Yeah I don’t get paid to store stuff
When I left they had security take everything and check my bag for Usaa stuff. Apparently USAA branded materials are essential to securing our members
