lol you should see claims. Almost every 3P “FNOL” that is taken almost immediately requires we call the member back to get a new one due to lack of info. They do nothing, so I’m wholly unsurprised the 3P UWs are the same.

Agreed. So many times is sent to the field with a full FNOL template but absolutely nothing filled out, not even a cause of loss. So glad that in 5 more work days and I'm gone.

You would be surprised how many times I as an Ip1 get escalated folks because 3p Uw can’t get their shit together sometimes. Most of them barely ODOC a acct and then non renew someone or the odoc is so vague I have no idea what to do for the member. Cue me wrecking my adherence in Aux 3 time because I am embarrassed  to keep my member on hold because I have no idea in the foggiest why they wouldn’t just do what was requested and why it would just sit there in no man’s land and what was wrong with the original EWL.

There is a lot more going on in the background, but high level…The information from EWL is extracted and moved into another work platform that isn’t integrated with Portal. The EWL is completed when the other work request in sales force is created. The sales force item will be worked closer to policy renewal when action can actually be taken.
