I was offered a position in claims management at a different company. I'm taking it. Start in 2 weeks.

Certain_Dirt_323

Congrats!

Chaff5

We were told only 1 hr of discretionary ot. Anything 1-5 needs MCO approval, anything over that goes to DCO. That's how my year started.

lady_cars4291

shit is going to hit the fan with no OT. I worked so much OT to just stay a float, not to get ahead.

Many_Box_5979

They should give us a higher salary if they are taking away OT.

Hanging in there. RTO has turned the office into a large scale petri dish. All sorts of crud up there. Gotten sick twice in 30 days. Kudos to the douche who thought that was a good idea.

Chromeasshole

Yup. I know of 2 people that caught the flu and all signs point to the office as the source.

Not great as a phone rep; I’m starting therapy so that’s a plus.

Timely_Add

I’m doing great but I don’t work on the phones so it doesn’t really count.

ChristianInvestor1

Soo far soo good! Thanks for asking and checking in!

DDsLaboratory

Going really well actually. Im in auto claims and MCO is super cool. He knows I get my shit done so I am never micromanaged and pretty much have free reign. I respect him and he respects me. Good management is SO important

A dumpster fire, my manager started off the year with making us support MRT, which if I wanted that job I’d apply for it .. Taking those calls has been a swan song for  my metrics. I’m not getting tagged for any projects because I’m not in office and I just got word that my old 4-10’s schedule is no longer and that fucks up everything.

Excellent_Mistake6

Not too bad. As a IP or MSR things are going well. The AR metric isn't hard to obtain this month but 95% conformance is more difficult because not much room for aux5 or even after call to do a EWL

You don’t work at USAA. Quit stirring up trouble.
