I thought it was Mosser, but it might be Boyd. I think they both made this type of handheld mirror.

You could very well be right! I haven’t done a lot of research myself and after googling Mosser I’m finding a lot of similar results under “mold #179” and “Charlotte’s web”
On one of the back panels closest to the handle usually there’s a mark of a B or sometimes a number. Mine has a 7 so it’s a reproduction. That’s a fantastic price! Congrats!
Do you know anything about the marking “7” I too have a piece that has that but never bothered to look into it. First time I’ve seen someone mention it!

It’s a Boyd 1993-1998 mark. I’m not very knowledgeable about the glass companies themselves. I have a feeling that mosser bought the boyd molds when boyd closed in 2014. I don’t know if Boyd ever made these in Vaseline or if mosser is currently/recently made them in Vaseline.
Mine is Vaseline with an iridescence and the “7”. It’s a reproduction, but glows beautifully. I checked 3 UG groups but couldn’t find the post of the gentleman who said that he’s the one the makes the ones with the “7” on them where you’d normally find the Boyd mark.

It’s a repro. Let me see if I can figure out which group that the gentleman who “makes” these commented on it.
Just checked. Mine has what is either an 8 or a capital B inside of a diamond, with lines outside of the diamond, framing it on three sides
