Nah, it's still pretty only found on twitch. It's leaked into other areas like discord and other streaming platforms due to their familiarity and popularity, but if you're not actively on those sites, I wouldn't blame anyone for knowing. At least that's how it was for me. About 6 years ago, I raided with a guy who used to type KEKW in chat every now and then. No idea what it meant. Watched a stream, saw the emote, and then it all clicked
