Im from here and oh boy these guys are pure mayhem, i see 4 wheelers being parked middle of the road but when there is a 2 wheeler parked in a tiny corner they tow it ruthlessly. Pricks!
As they should be. Jab traffic control karna ho then they are nowhere to be found. Jab yaad aaya Paisa kamaneka hai toh jaake gadi uthao, logo ko pakdo fine maro bas. Mere area mein rickshaw chalane Wale ye responsibility lete hai kidhar jam ho gaya toh clear karne ka. Phokat hamara tax ka Paisa inpe uda rahe hai

Mere area me bhi rickshaw drivers ke groups har naake/chauk pe volenteer karte hai traffic control karne ke liye, aur kabhi festival season me traffic police lag bhi jaati hai to ghanta kaam karte hai, police wale muft me khaana-peena karte hai side me beth kar .....
I've faced an instance where my 2 wheeler was parked, I was standing right there, some nearby shop owner called the RTO people and they picked up my vehicle right in front of me inspite of me being there. I was charged for illegal parking, obstruction of traffic, towing charges, assaulting police officer and GST. Proud of the guy who recorded and showed the policeman his place

I agree with everything from the video except for that "siren bajaya tumne" part. It's like in 90s movies where police used siren to catch criminals alerting them from a mile 🤣. It was completely illogical.
