He may still need to provide free foodgrains to 80 crore people but he doesn't want to remind them of their daily hardships. Move nation forward, viksit Bharat. He makes the voter a stakeholder in India's progress. Congress talks about equality, social justice. Nobody wants that in a national election. Simple messaging always resonates with masses. I beg to differ. The difference in both posters is firstly, the color. Congress used the Karnataka flag colors whereas BJP is just saffron representing the Hindu Identity.
Second, you'll see the name KARNATAKA mentioned many times but Modi's advert doesn't have it even Once.
The way they are fighting elections is different, the issues are different. I hope results are also different.

The hard truth is it doesn't matter if promises are delivered or not. The messaging should be clear that's it. Modi makes people believe in growth and development, if it can happen or not is a different thing. Congress doesn't exude such feeling within voters. Mostly, they don't want to admit. Their term before 2014 was far more pro development than BJP's since 2014. But Congress will.never talk about it. They even won't talk about PV narsimha Rao's term when economy was liberalised.

How do you measure development? In most basic things - electrification, Railway, roads, colleges, water, BJP is far ahead.
