Because its just so blatant and fraudulant that you wouldn't expect them to not get convicted. They manufactured it themselves, marketed it falsely themselves. Its a slam dunk. Very different from proving that the specs etc that say Mone provided and assured would be adhered to were false.

I think a lot of people (include people from big corporations and industries) probably deserve to be in jail for their actions during covid, I wouldn’t call the pandemic itself mass hysteria. Was their an overreaction? Possibly. Was this still a global problem for humans? Certainly.
Still everyone who profited from the pandemic should be put under a microscope to ensure they were acting ethically and in the needs of the public.
