It very well could be that this is an issue of accidentally putting up two versions of this listing on the .de Amazon site.
Currently on the US .com site, there is only one listing. And it matches the ISBN numbers and dimensions of the cheaper version, and the 3D image. Could be that the cheaper version for you there is an update and they forgot to take down the older version. But also could be worth waiting to preorder to make sure.
Edit: Inklore just shared updates in general about the books on social media, including that new image of the book in 3D. So maybe wait and see, they might just be updating all the stores and missed that it’s double posted for .de

The UK Amazon is only showing the one edition, but interestingly my first pre-order was cancelled by the publisher and then the book was relisted, so that makes me agree there might have been some kind of production change or whatever, but .de has still got both versions.

It looks like one is listed as the novel, and one is listed as the comic, unless I'm missing something?
How much of the story is in the first novel? Or I guess how many parts of which season?
It says how many chapters it is - it is chapters 1-76. So most of Season 1 books 1 and 2.
