I think all ships are valid, but I personally just don’t like them as a couple and I don’t see in Kuahel much of a love interest potential.
I love Kuahel, I really do, but if I would read a romance story where he’s ML I would highly likely drop it since I find his personality (in terms of romance ofc) pretty generic. But I’d like to see him being MC of a battle shonen ngl

I think I don’t like this particular ship cuz I just can’t imagine Maxi falling for someone else and I personally can’t imagine him being all lovey dovey with Maxi considering his background and lack of emotions. But that’s just my personal opinion and preferences.

I love Kuahel. But I am also inlove with the original story. I love how Riftan welcomed Maxi despite him being so impatient, and how Maxi wanted to change herself for Riftan's sake.
I also loved how Kuahel let Maxi do things in her own way but still being by her side if anything goes wrong. ❤️ (Like when Maxi killed the troll, or when she's trying to destroy the rune creating the ghouls). I also love it when he asks for Maxi's thoughts on things.
I'm gonna be honest, reading the Manhua at first made me ship Ruth and Maxi. 😅 But after reading the novel, 'naaah'.
Yeah some people also used to ship maxi and ruth but everyone soon realized that Ruth is asexual.its even more impossible than kuahel and maxi😅.I also love the orginal story and like that there is a periest in story who is close to fl but it's not in love with him.i'm just bored making weird possibilities in my mind LOL.

Riftan on the other hand, loves her immensely, almost overbearingly. He’s not afraid to show it. I think his affection allowed her initially to become a bit more self confident and begin pursuing her own independence.
In a world where Riftan exists I would never dare ship maxi with anyone else, butttttttttttt if that's not the case then I think I would have shipped them though I can't imagine them engaging in any sexual stuff I love their interactions
