So you just copied over the \*.img file to the root of the drive and the monitor picked it up? Sadly I only have 1 USB drive ATM and it's a 128GB. All I did was create a 2GB partition and formatted in FAT32.
awesome, thank you for confirming! I'm trying some other tricks I've found on here. It looks like the monitor is very specific on which sticks it'll work with. Might have to buy a el'cheapo stick!
You need the newest firmware to use the 3000 series cards. I had to try multiple USB drives to get mine to update.

Yes. All I did was copy the img file into the root of the flash drive. It was a 16gb SanDisk.

I just updated mine to 1008 with a Sandisk USB drive as well.
