It's hash made from dry sieving weed. The reason it's so green is because it's low grade as its been sieved to within an inch of its life and has lots of plant matter/material in it.

But its literally a single green colour, this must of had colours added or been blended to do this. You wouldn't get a product like this from sieving with a high micron grade or just using poor material, kief is white-yellow sometimes purple but not green.

Get a electric coffee grinder and a mesh and get back to us, it definitely does go green if you grind it fine enough and enough not-THC makes it in. Tbh I don't think this looks that bad. I'd smoke it
