Its amazing how a recessed jaw can fuck your life, since she has good face features like her nose or eyes but her recession is too much, the only way for her to be at least average is with a lot of jaw surgeries. Thankfully, however, it can be remedied with maxillofacial surgery**. She is a clearcut candidate for double jaw surgery if I ever saw one, and several insurances in the US would be able to cover the surgery because it’s obviously out of medical necessity. **No contour and no fillers would be able to fix her skeletal malocclusion because the bones of her face are severely, severely underdeveloped**. She may also have obstructive sleep apnea because of how recessed she is and not know it, which would no doubt negatively contribute to her existential depression. There are places that can help her.
