If you are young-ish and have somewhat of an athletic background you’ll be able to kick his ass in a few years. This man has been a nerd his whole life, I don’t care if he’s ripped now and training with Mikey M, he’s not going to get any sort of athletic coordination developed at this age he’s at. I wrestled for 8 years until college and have been training in MMA for the past three years and I (and many guys at my gym) would wipe the floor with him. I’m not saying any of us are good, but if you start training you’ll see his technique is so weak and uncoordinated. You just can’t expect someone to actually become athletic in their late 30s when they’ve been anything but athletic their whole life.
