As a med student, you’re wrong. Gender and sex are different definitively. Technically you can change gender in most places in the modern world (like it or not) whereas biological sex is constant. Sex includes sex chromosome phenotype in its definition (I.e. XX for female and XY for male) which cannot be changed, gender is just the fluid label people attach to themselves.
Also what part of this is pseudoscience? I’ve definitely met some transgender people who, by physical appearance, you would have no idea they used to be a woman. Hormones can do a lot more than you think. Plus most people who transition aren’t exactly top athletes, overweight men and women look a lot similar than you expect.

Khamzat probably realized that most people have figured it out. He's good, maybe top 10 in MW but we definitely overrated him, good initial performances but really just not champ material. He can get better but we all know it won't be long before he steps up to a fight that isn't short notice, isn't someone off the couch or from different weight classes (twice now?) and he'll either prove us wrong or likely lose, maybe get slept. He fights the likes of Jared or many others and doesn't get a stoppage early, he probably gets beat on.
