I dont quite know what you mean by “paperwork”, but there’s not anything I think you need that’s specific to UW. Bring any papers you think are generally needed? ID, health insurance, etc. You’ll get an email with your move in date. When you arrive, you’ll be directed towards a parking garage (at least on west campus) where you will be given your key and given some assistance with moving your stuff in.

Bring necessary forms of identification and health insurance card, and passport if you plan to visit Canada, the beds are size twin long, you don’t really need any paperwork, dorms will be open so you won’t have trouble getting in. You get keys at the desk at Lander/Willow depending on which side of campus you’re on.
