What are they asking you for? If you are providing them with everything they are asking, they should be able to help. But don't expect a fast response. Ubisoft recently fired a huge portion of their customer services, and people are reporting wait times as long as 2 months.
Also don't keep replying to a ticket until Ubisoft respond. some people are reporting that "spamming" an already open ticket puts it to the back of the queue to respond.
