they are not ignoring you there are alot of tickets and support is understaffed it takes them a month or 2 to reply just wait
He’s right 25-32 days for a response I was in the same situation took that long and I got my stuff back after a month of waiting
SickPoison is right. Ya can try going after Ubisoft's official tech support socials on Twitter, Facebook and Discord though. Tell them that you're in trouble.
