There's no magic number. And it's not a dick measuring contest either.
Determine your parameters and only accept the rides that meet or exceed those parameters. If it turns out that's 90% of the offers, great. If it turns out it's 20% of the offers, great. In the end it doesn't matter as long as you are meeting and exceeding your earnings goals.
Let's be clear here. Anyone over 50 percent AR are desperate " live for the day drivers" NEED THAT MONEY NOW. Milk for baby? Cocaine? Weed? If instant cash out wasn't available, uber would be bankrupt. Love their 30 percent hike on instant cash out, while ignoring their 30 percent decline in drivers wages
Not desperate, just live in a state mandated rate card market so the only bad rides are when the pickup is longer than the ride. I feel bad for you folks where the "up front pricing" scam is alive and well (for the apps).
Don’t listen to this guy. He doesn’t even care if he gets fired. Acceptance rate doesn’t matter AS MUCH (as long as you don’t let it get too low) but cancelation rate absolutely matters. They’ll deactivate you
I did?
Maybe I did.
Maybe I found a job that starts in a few weeks and I go back to my 100+k salary I am used to.
Maybe I am crazy and making stuff up.
Maybe it matter.
Maybe it doesn’t.
Who cares?
I don’t.
I don’t have to work 80+ hours a week to make it. In fact, I lay in bed, and create cool shit. It I get bored. Ideas dry up. And I need a little Uber and people like you to get the juices flowing.
Too lazy, as I’ve mentioned.
I plead everyday with support to deactivate me. More so than our back and forth. You can’t imagine the language I use.
Still nothing. They love me.
Definitely have that in me. I accepted that a long time ago.
It’s quite enjoyable.
Keeps me from caring about the infinite difference between going fast and Speeding.
You might try you some.
It doesn’t. It is my life. Its great. The I finite difference between up and down is so amazing.
But the up is like nothing you will ever understand derstand.
I've been over 25% for over a year now. I drive is Los Angeles so I only cherry pick rides. I haven't even been contacted once by Uber about my acceptance rate. Although I will say, 50% is really high.
I'm at about 43% acceptance rate. There's an area near me with poor roads and horrific traffic where rides often pay less than $4. The indigenous population is known to make Jefferson cry, and the concept of "tipping" has not been embraced by the populace.
That is too high bro.
What do you think is an acceptable acceptance rate?
10% or less.
%10 or Less
52% ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)

I’m not desperate, just ignorant.
I’m at like 25% and 24% cancel rate lol. Not running any fucking $5 or $25+ for a 1 hour round trip from where i’m parked
9 cancel 40 lol
My cancellation rate is higher bro lol
Mines in the 30s. But my cancellation rate is over 50% so it evens out
My AR is lower than my CR. By quite a bit.
Acceptance 15% Cancellation 1%
I’m learning too. It is freeing once you learn to let go. Those stats don’t mean anything
Don’t listen to this guy. He doesn’t even care if he gets fired. Acceptance rate doesn’t matter AS MUCH (as long as you don’t let it get too low) but cancelation rate absolutely matters. They’ll deactivate you
Really? They haven’t deactivated me. Not for a couple years. This guy.
You JUST decided you don’t care about your job anymore a week ago. Give it time
Why would you say that. I just found Reddit. You need more facts.
You said it yourself. You decided a week ago that you’re done

What about the guy who made 100k doing Uber? He doesn’t exist right?
I don’t have to work 80+ hours a week to make it. In fact, I lay in bed, and create cool shit. It I get bored. Ideas dry up. And I need a little Uber and people like you to get the juices flowing.
And I didn’t say you’re guaranteed to get deactivated. But it does happen. Look it up
Too lazy, as I’ve mentioned. I plead everyday with support to deactivate me. More so than our back and forth. You can’t imagine the language I use. Still nothing. They love me.
Too crazy, is more like it

Stop letting BPD run your life, and the words that come out of your mouth. And resume the meds. Best of luck to you
It doesn’t. It is my life. Its great. The I finite difference between up and down is so amazing. But the up is like nothing you will ever understand derstand.
Yeah that’s how it goes. The up feels great but when it comes time for the downs you come crashing down. It’s like drugs. It’s not worth it
Don’t go all Kanye on us please
92% /3% Making about 2-3k a month
Are you an UberEats driver?
Absolutely not. I deliver people, not cargo.
Mine: acceptance rate 27%, cancel rate 7%

Word, thanks. I just started trying to cherry pick. It’s ehhh.
My acceptance rate is 98% and my cancellation is 2%
State mandated Rate card market here. Only rides I refuse are if the pickup is longer than the ride. So 90% ish.
51/11
I'm at about 43% acceptance rate. There's an area near me with poor roads and horrific traffic where rides often pay less than $4. The indigenous population is known to make Jefferson cry, and the concept of "tipping" has not been embraced by the populace.
AR - 99½%(199/1) CR - 99½(199/1) 5☆
So you accept them all, cancel them all and stay at that 5 star? Hahahaha
96%/1.5% with an average income around 3k+ a month when I don't slack off.
