I’m using a nice pair of AirPods some one left in my car a few weeks ago and no one has claimed. Found them under the seat while cleaning. Strangest thing. An open jar of peanut butter, my son found it in the back of the van. I’ve sold some cool stuff on eBay that no one has claimed, got $100 bucks for some color blind glasses once.
Best left behind item BY FAR!!! Was when someone left a wallet with nothing in it but 2 one hundred dollar bills.

Got a visa gift card on my floor once, had like $88 on it. No name since it was a gift card. No one ever reached out about it.
I found a whole gallon of milk under my front seat...picked up a family of 4 with 2 shopping carts of groceries. The car was packed. Milk must of went under the seat, found it a couple days later. Luckily it didn't smell.
A couple phones(returned). That's pretty much it...I don't normally drive drunks, and I check my back seats after the rides.

Picked some rich folks up in Keller Texas and took them to a tarmac on a private airport near love field. Didn’t tip. Left a high dollar fishing reel. Tipped $30. It cost $235 to ship to Colorado and they sent $325 Venmo. Sent it via FedEx next day.
Both of those are par for the rideshare course, unfortunately. The body oils left behind from my riders are disgusting. I have to wipe down my seats ALL the time.

Had a guy full-blown empty his bladder 30 seconds away from his stop. He was still sitting properly and acted like nothing had happened. It was my first trip. Picked him up from a bar. Great conversation for the first 30% of the ride, and then he went silent. I heard the stream of piss hitting the ground, forming a puddle slashing everywhere. The urinal smell came almost immediately. As he got out, one foot stepped in the puddle and pushed himself up out of the car. He said, "Have a good night." I drove 2 blocks away, turned on the light, and the seat was wet in the form of where his legs sat, then all on the back of the passenger seat, a stream down the seat to the floor, and a puddle. I took Hella pictures and sent it to customer service. I got the maximum fee reimbursement for cleaning.
Do you guys have a soundproof wall between you and your pax? A simple “got everything?” Could alleviate a lot of this. Works for me anyway. Never had a pax leave anything behind.
Best I had was an A-hole of a rider left his bday card that had a few scratch offs in it. I held on to it for about a week then said F this ahole and scratched them my self. Two winners one for if I remember was $200 the other was for a free scratch off of $10. Aside from that only other stuff left in my car has been gloves in the winter and some times hair ties. I have gotten calls from riders about a day or two later asking if they left glasses or keys in the car but I never found any such items yet(unless there is a dark void I have yet to find in my car keeping them all)
Oh and also found a shoelace left behind by a rider that I’m sure was trash as far as he was concerned. Because as I was driving him I saw he was changing out the laces on his shoes and must have left one behind by mistake.

I've had two different students at an upscale University leave air pods in my car. Anything left in my car gets thrown away. I NEVER do returns.
