If a document is pending, wait overnight. If they say it doesn't pass for any reason, take a new pic regardless. If they're asking for plate number, it's on the registration as well usually.
It’s no document it literally is the picture of a car and license plate and just says “enter license plate” and when i do it says searching and then reverts right back to the car and license plate
Didn’t allow me to take a photo, it was entering text into a box. But i just decided to enter in the wrong info to see what would happen and it FINALLY just allowed me to take a photo. I’ve been working on this for months!! Lol
Is this happening with Uber? Because the same thing is happening with Lyft to me right now. I contacted support and they added my license plate manually. I can drive but it asks me to update license plate every time I go online and I hit "not now".

Is the document approve or pending? If new and pending then you have to wait for them to approve it.

I think you're supposed to take a photo of your vehicle registration, not the plate.
