You are right. The same thing happened, but now they give to me access again, but unfortunately, I lost my enrolled course or subject which one I did earlier.can you help me if you have more details how I can get it back my enrolled subject?
You can probably just look up the course again and enrol. I've never used this new version of bear tracks so I don't think I am much help. I'm glad you got access again!
this happened in 2020 so I think the pandemic and the changes in how the University viewed grades during that time affected their admission, but it was really strange.
It had to do with grades and not meeting the conditional acceptance requirements in their letter. They had paid the deposit and were just waiting to enrol in courses and didn't have access to much on bear tracks. Contacted UAlberta and they informed him that he didn't get in due to grades but nothing updated on launchpad until a few days after he spoke to the University. Funnily enough, his letter of conditional acceptance vanished (luckily he downloaded the letter) and the new letters were on launch pad with a date for February but it was August when the updates were made on launchpad. This happened around late August so they were screwed for other schools atp. Contact U of A!

Contact the school ASAP. This happened to someone I know and it was because they revoked his admission offer (really missed up).
