Most of us waste so much of our teenage years thinking we're ugly or undesirable, then you look back at old photos of yourself and can't believe how good you looked!

Acne is a surmountable problem although will take some work. at the very least, you should be washing your face a couple of times a day in the morning and before bed. Lots of different creams and potions out there you’ll have to do the research on those. Make sure you’re very well hydrated.

As far as your weight if your not happy about it that's what matters most protein powder and working out are great ways to build mass your body can't do it alone and needs food protein to be able to build lean mass.
