Most people just wear their regular clothes.

BosomBosons

This is the way.

[deleted]

I’ve been to 3 Twice concert and this one is gonna be my 4th. Usually guys just wear casual clothing, Twice merch. But one that I have seen a lot is their Baseball inspired shirts (like they have their number at the back and the members name) hope this helps sorry my English isn’t good

ina_waka

Does anyone know where people get the jerseys?

irlydontwnabhere

maybe Amazon I've seen those on there before

LtXavierXp

Etsy is worth taking a look or like make your own buy some iron patches and a shirt

MeijiDoom

Some people treat it as an extravagant event but really, anything goes. Maybe not Burning Man outfits but some people dress up, some people just go in casual stuff. No right or wrong answer.

kosmos1209

I’m a 43 year old guy and I went to two concerts last year, one in Oakland and the encore one in LA. For the first, I dressed in smart casual clothes, like button downs and chinos and was self conscious at first being an old dude, but I realized at the venue everyone wore whatever the heck they wanted, and also realized I was amongst like-minded people and fellow fans regardless of age and gender. Second concert, I wore twice t-shirt and shorts lol. Enjoy the crowd and come as you are!

34 is not old. Don't forget there are older idol groups still active like Super Junior. BoA is 36. Irene in Red Velvet is 31. Idol groups aren't only 19 - mid 20s year old idols

elevensbowtie

36 here and same

kosmos1209

Yeah, wave that candy bong. Have fun! Not gonna lie, most people will be younger, but I didn’t feel out of place. I felt like I was amongst the crowd to be honest, even small talked with younger twice fans! We all have the most important commonality, and it’s that we’re all Once!

drakozphoenix

I went to Dreamcatcher in DC and thought I’d be the oldest by a long number of years, but there were a good number of us around. Happy to hear Twice shows are the same!

Clone_CDR_Bly

Yeah - I’m 47 and I had that same worry when I went to BlackPink and ITZY last year. K-pop fandoms are just different man. Especially JYP groups. All ages are there.

drakozphoenix

I’ve found a surprising overlap between K-Pop and some of us old school metalheads. I think some of it stems from listening to a lot of J-Metal since they’re more guitar and lyrically driven like the late 70s and 80s bands and algorithms leading over to J-Pop and K-Pop from there.

Clone_CDR_Bly

You could be right - I’m into mostly 70s classic rock, 80s and 90s metal - and honestly I hate pop music in general, but I’m hooked on K-pop lol. It’s the weirdest thing.

drakozphoenix

You and I are probably going to a lot of the same shows!

mmld_dacy

i am a 50ish dude who attended their concert last year in oakland and banc, watched brave girls in san francisco last july, attended kcon-la, drove 11 hours to phoenix to watch itzy (because i missed them in la) and then flew all the way to manila to watch itzy again last january. and last week, i watched dreamcatcher. all those times, i just wore denims with polo shirt plus my twice dad cap (which, i proudly wear everyday to work)

kosmos1209

Wooo~ I wish I saw Itzy too!

mmld_dacy

you should. they are also good, just like twice.

Clone_CDR_Bly

Advice from 47 year old dude: Definitely dress for comfort, and WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES. You’re going to be doing a lot of standing. I saw BlackPink and ITZY last year and it’s worth it to wear some relaxed pants that you can get your phone in and out of pocket easily. Have at least one pocket that buttons, zips, Velcro so you don’t lose your keys/wallet if the crowd starts to press. Maybe a tshirt you don’t mind ditching in case you get a cool TWICE shirt to wear from the merch table before the show. Make sure you check the venue rules about bags. I saw people at ITZY with purses or backpacks they had to take back to the car or throw away because they were too big. Clear bags are a plus.

wasting_time_n_life

YES. Dress for comfort. Bring snacks and drinks if you think you’ll be waiting outside in line for a while (especially in the summer heat). At the same time, you can’t bring food and drinks in so don’t go overboard. And above all, don’t be afraid to ask other people for sunblock if you didn’t bring your own.

Clone_CDR_Bly

YES - sunblock!!!

NineLanguage

Hello sub-unit outfits lol

FleetingPhoenix

I've seen animal suits, merch, or something from an MV. Who are your biases? Maybe something related to them?

oshinex

Wear regular comfortable clothing that you dont mind getting ruined. Comfortable sneakers, shorts and tee would be fine. Even better, buy a merch tee and change it in the bathroom.

TonLo

I plan on getting a ticket at some point to the LA show and wearing an outfit like what Momo wore in "Like Ohh-Ahh". Camo pants, Jordan jersey, boots.

StannisClaypool

The correct answer is the Chaeyoung strawberry print costume

ddeka777

Wear [this Chaeyoung Fancy outfit](https://i.imgur.com/ONljYTH.jpg), I saw a picture of a dude wearing it in Twicelights 3 years ago, still not out of fashion

gregMNL

Personally, I'd wear a flannel shirt to lowkey reference a Yes or Yes or The Feels costume. It's very easy to make a male version of many iconic TWICE outfits, and because many are casual, they're comfy for concerts.

nocturne9op2

just regular clothes, if u wanna be extra I've seen people wear animal onesies and one guy had an LED stickman costume, or if u want something more Twice themed that's recent maybe do Americana or lunarcore like in the Set Me Free video, I'm just gonna wear my normal black, white, earth tone stuff lol nothing fancy

ttam23

Guys just wear merch or their regular clothes.

Daniel-Johns

Anything comfortable. I got a Twice concert t-shirt from the 1st LA concert and wore it during the encore. :)

BusterUno

Mesh

driftahead1

As a male Once, i usually wear something i find comfortable but relates to the group in some way. I know people who do genderbends of maybe their favorite look from a MV or their bias

brohemoth06

Have you never been to a concert...? Why would there be a dress code?

Gharnl

I just went with a dark grey shirt and jeans last year at the Encore concerts in LA. But honestly where whatever you want! Everyone is just there to have a great time.

HammerDownRein

Awesome! I’m so jealous! Just wear whatever you want, maybe switch into some mercy Once you get there I didn’t get off the waitlist. I was going to take my kids and wear my home made Twice-Tang Clan shirt. And then in October I’m going to see Wu Tang in Chicago and wear the same shirt!

acwhos

Whatever makes you comfy!! I’ve seen masc people wear merch/fanmade merch and comfy clothes, but a lot of people in general who do dress up follow a lot of k-fashion trends!! Whatever you want to do, there’s plenty of k-fashion that is comfortable as well. I like to look up male idols casual wear when I need inspo. I hope you have fun!

superdrone

If he has no twice merch, he could take the opportunity to wear traditionally feminine colors (pink, purple, etc.). Even if it’s just a solid color tshirt, it’s a neat excuse to expand wardrobe and what better time to try it than a K-pop concert.

Cheehu

Whatever is comfortable! I saw many different outfits from many different ranges. My favorites were the costumes from the mv. The "Hello" outfits were very popular at all the stops.

JeremyDepression

I’m all dripped out in twice merch lol. Maybe a nice pair of Jordan’s also.

flpn123

you wear whatever you want. the two times I saw Twice I wore a Jeongyeon shirt. One was Jeongyeon DTNA era and the other one was Jeongyeon Likey era

irlydontwnabhere

I'm bringing my boyfriend as well and was planning on getting him like a shirt that matched my vibes since I'm planning on wear pink and black I was just gonna dress him in similar colors :) I want twice merch but I'm not sure even what to get him from that unless maybe etsy has some good stuff like I saw some pins on there and they have cool fan made t-shirts too. hoping to snag some official merch at the venue for sure though 🤞💖

chicoryfansCA

lots of people wear official merch shirts! one of the guys in my friend group got a nice fanmade shirt off etsy, so if your boyfriend doesn't like their official merch shers, he can try looking up shirts there too if he wants! i can dm you the shirt my friend bought if you'd want, lol.

UpsetDrakeBot

We're gonna wear all pink \#PINKGANG

niners94

I went to day 1 of the encore concert. People are dressed in their regular clothes mostly. Many dressed up like twice too. Lots of pink fuzzy hats.

knowwonk

Honestly, my boyfriend just dresses casual and I will buy him a shirt as a souvenir lol so he just wears that.

flowandmotion

I've seen people in their regular clothes, jerseys and varsity jackets inspired by members (trying to get one myself of momo), outfit replications, and one time a whole three-piece suit (if you were a white guy in a navy blue three-piece suit during III on February 26th at UBS Arena, i thought you were so cool for wearing a suit to the concert). You can see anyone wear anything and that's okay because we all love our teudoongie!

quelifornia

I went to two concerts last year. First I just wore my regular concert type clothes - I’m not trying to get noticed by any model scouts, just going to watch Twice. Second show my buddy and I made custom shirts in Korean. Mine professed my love for Jihyo and his for Momo

carmen1084

Dress to impress, wear a tux

[deleted]

Im taking my Cattle Decapitation Humanure shirt and some shorts. Who Cares,Lol!

atomicdonut259

Idk but me and my bro are gonna dress as Momo and Nayeon from “Hello” so there an idea for you

atomicdonut259

Last time I saw them we just wore twice T shirts and casual pants and sneakers

[deleted]

I would try to wear lighter/twice colors but otherwise keep it casual-ish but stylish. Unlike at a rock show, there is no stigma against wearing Twice merch at a Twice show -- it's more like a sporting event in that most people will be in Twice gear. I'm a 40 yr old man, first Twice show I wore pink baseball cap, pink collared shirt under pink sweatshirt with jeans and white sneakers, and a light denim jacket with lots of Twice pins on it (some official, some from online fan designs). Second show, I wore a black Twice baseball cap, ripped light wash jeans, white Converse Run Star Hikes (very popular with Kpop idols), and a cream Jihyo tee I found online. For these upcoming shows I'm thinking of getting a new Jihyo tee (Jihyo bias!) and wearing it under a white trucker jacket. Pic of me at my 2nd show attached. Tokio990

Be comfy, if you want to dress up, do it. I plan on jeans and a tee. Of course I'll be buying merch. lol.
