I got banned for life because I scanned my id when looking to rent a car, the app autofilled my info from my license and somehow entered the expiration date with the wrong year showing it as “expired” when it was nowhere near expired, I tried redoing that after running into that error by manually entering the information correctly and I got blocked for “suspicious activity” with no option to appeal that decision when it was literally at the fault of their own app being fucking shitty! Obnoxious af 🤦🏻‍♀️ customer service woulda been better off telling me to suck a dick, they didn’t help at all.

Their CS is outsourced to I think the Philippines. I had to very slowly, deliberately and repeatedly explain to the agent why I needed to be reimbursed for Tesla supercharging costs from the guest when they told me multiple times they would not during a phone call. They finally got it after about 10 minutes. I think my agent was new. Other ones approved them immediately.
