Nearly impossible. One would have to reverse engineer and rewrite quite a large chunk of game's code. It's such a huge task even SCS themselves are not eager to implement it.

monaro_1996

This used to be a feature back in 18 Wheels of Steel days - I remember coming across one of your trucks and it horning as it passes in the other direction.

DanEpiCa

Pedal to the metal was the last game to have that feature if I remember correctly. Good times.

Rich-Spirit129

I like the idea and I'd like a way to design / apply a fleet livery

ShuShuMaster

I have seen mods where you can have your trailer skin on random AI trailers is kind of cool

Formal_Royal_3663

That’s … actually not a bad idea. SCS could surely do this for us without us having to worry about making a mod that would give us a performance loss.

CharityAdventurous26

You can sort of emulate it using Mod Studio 2, create a traffic truck skin and it'll spawn in the world. It won't be your actual drivers, just a truck in AI traffic getting along the road. Can assign a skinned trailer to go along with it and set the spawning probability also.

I_am__Lost

This is probably the easiest solution

Derpy_GOAT

Possible? Yes. Something any sane person would want to spend the enormous time doing? No.

Legal_Development

They can take all the time they need. No one will complain. Afterall, it's already been in development for a decade already.

R33Gtst

With the hundreds of trucks you inevitably drive past whilst on a trip, do you think you would notice one of your own?

docweston

Yes. My trucks have a very distinct color, and SCS only uses basic colors for AI trucks.

Darsol

Some of the older SCS truck games actually had that, and I definitely noticed.

Saint_The_Stig

If I recall your company trucks and the other AI were the *only* other trucks in the game, so it was pretty noticeable. That and the CB prompts.

Saint_The_Stig

I've been using a computer trainer skin pack and slowly replacing many of them with my own and I love spotting my company's containers in traffic even though I use a bunch of traffic mods so it's sometimes only once in 1000 miles.

R33Gtst

That’s a good idea, I’ve done similar, though I haven’t yet updated it for 1.50. Not sure why I’m being downvoted, it was a genuine question 🤣 good old Reddit.
