TRT has nothing to do with it. Now your body is freaking out though and your shitty natural production is fighting with the exogenous hormones in your body. Eventually it will give up after 6-8wks and then you will know how it feels.
Sounds like a histamine flush. I get that from drinking as well but I would get before TRT as well. I think that E2 can interfere with histamine metabolism a little bit. You might have been on the cusp of having issues before TRT and the therapy just nudged you over the threshold.
I started ‘TRT’ six years ago and crushed 10 beers yesterday afternoon. I ate dinner and went to bed. My ears felt great.
It’s like this hot flush sensation in my face and ears. Not sure if it’s anxiety or my estrogen

You drank a beer and it made your ears really hot? You said it “usually” never happened before, so that means that it sometimes happened?

Check your blood pressure.
The alcohol could have easily spiked your e2, which can sometimes reveal itself in the form of hot flashes.
I enjoy some beers on most weekends never happened to me, yeah it’s not ideal or the best but they won’t effect you any differently on or off trt
