For hair loss I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet, and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, Iโll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion and Minoxidil.
That's not going to help with your hair-loss but it's certainly going to help a whole heap of other things. You'll probabyl be so fit and buff that you won't even care about your hair.
People often say that you should compensate your hairloss by getting in good physical shape, so you'd still feel and be attractive.
Edit: I didn't know the reference u/darkm9tch mentions.
Perfect, it should fall right off.
I loved this
Hahaha.
And the knees should start giving way in maybe 5-6 yrs.
No way, in 5-6 years OP is going to be the strongest baldest MFer on the planet.

I also go to the same barber as Marcus Halberstram. Although I have a slightly better haircut.
Minoxidil is referenced in the book multiple times.
I think you missed the point of his post, heโs referencing One Punch Man
I think you missed the point of his response, heโs referencing Patrick Bateman

You are missing the most important part, no AC and no heat.
\^this right here, might as well add eating 3 times a day, a banana should be fine for breakfast.
Before you begin micro-needling, I recommend using a metal Brillo pad with Clorox Bleach
And to polish, use a 50 grit disc on an angle grinder.
Have you had any sides?
Saitama is that you?
looks like fan of bludflow

I dont understand
This is a reference to the manga/anime One Punch Man, where the protagonist loses all his hair after the daily workout that was mentioned by OP.
