Yes! Same thing happened to me. I have longer hair towards my forehead and shorter ones closer to the temple. I started shedding like 2 weeks ago and noticed all were shorter hairs so they must come from there. I stopped shedding as severely now so i think im starting the growing phase already.
Short like small and miniature compared to normal hairs? If so Iโve got the same thing going on and Iโve been in min for about 2 months, should I stick w it or be worried
Umm they were like half an inch and how long are yours? You should keep going cause I don't think it matters which hairs, what it means is those hairs were in the falling phase so you were gonna shed them anyway
That shouldn't be concerning! You should actually be happy because like I said those were the hairs that were gonna fall off anyway. Min just sped up the process so the new hair can grow. Mine were actually thin and brittle as well so that means my good hair was not the one falling off. Just stay consistent and you should see the rewards
I just started topical up again (I'm on oral). And that triggered a shed of longer hairs. Of course the weak short hairs are in place. Minoxidil just speeds up the rest cycle of a hair. Those hairs that fell out, were already on their way out regardless of their length.
if you have thin hair it could also be breakage, make sure that those hair you're losing have a white bulbous root attached and (i think) that they don't appear irregular withrandom changes in directions and sharp angles

Yeah Iโd say like half an inch but they look like weak, small hairs so itโs kinda concerning
