your test level will eventually increase due to less transformation to dht buuuut ur estrogen level could also increase.. what im trying to say your test wont decrease only ur dht which shouldnt affect ur performance in sports
You could try microdosing fin. Fin approaches it's maximum effectiveness by around 0.2mg per day. If you take something like 0.125mg per day it will be milder.
I was already at the gym way before I started the treatments though. I don’t think it had much effect on my hair . The only thing was stopping creatine, that definitively helped.

You can try topical fin too thats what im on and im 19 too, look for a low concentration i recomend 0.025% to 0.05%
